Our villa is a short drive from Disney World and Central Florida's other major theme parks and attractions, situated in a golf resort where peace and quiet are the norm. Our home backs onto the second fairway so the outlook is absolutely beautiful! Orlando really is the family entertainment capital of the world and having a spacious, well located and fully equipped place in which to spend your downtime is essential. Dining out is part of the fun of an Orlando holiday, offering huge diversity of cuisine to suit all budgets and tastes. Nearby shops and restaurants - literally a short walk away - serve your self catering needs.
If golf is your thing, you can pre-book tee times at Highlands Reserve, a challenging golf course that has been described as one of the most underrated courses in Florida, featuring naturally undulating terrain on some of the highest ground in the state!
Our two storey home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a great den area upstairs. The large master bedroom with king size bed has a huge bathroom with tub and separate shower. There are 2 wash basins and separate toilet. At the front of the home is a bedroom with twin beds and TV. On the other side of the home is another bedroom with twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a full size bed. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet.
As you enter the property there is a formal living and dining area. Moving through the home you come to a fully equipped kitchen that looks onto the family room. This has comfortable sofa's and TV along with a breakfast table and chairs for less formal dining.
You can access the beautiful deck area via sliding doors from both living areas and the master bedroom.
Upstairs is a den with TV - a perfect place for the kids to relax after busy days at the theme parks! Turnday: Any.
