This luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and furnished to the highest standard. The Villa is also fully air conditioned and has central heating. The home has a garage that houses a pool table for your in home entertainment.
The villa has two master bedrooms both with en-suite. The first bedroom has a king size bed, sliding doors to pool area and cable TV. The en-suite has his & her sinks, corner bath, large shower and walk in wardrobe. The second en-suite bedroom has a Full size bed, cable TV and a large wardrobe, the bathroom has a bath shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and large wardrobe. The fourth bedroom also has two twin beds with a large wardrobe.
The lounge area is open plan with cable TV, DVD player and a music center. The dining room leads off the lounge area with a large dining table. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast table.
The pool area has a large lanai with table, chairs and sun loungers. The deck looks onto conservation area and is very private. The home is located in a small cul de sac so is very quiet.
Orange Tree is a community set amongst lovely Orange Groves, located on Highway 27. This peaceful location makes an ideal base from which you can explore and combine the theme parks & attractions in and around Orlando. Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests include children's playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball court.
The major theme parks are just a 20 minute drive away with local shops, restaurants & 24 hour supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes. Golf courses, clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities are all within a 30 minute drive from the community.
