This apartment is one of only 8 with lift access to the top floor. On entering this apartment you will find an open plan kitchen with black marble worktops, and a breakfast bar, leading onto the living area with leather suite, dining area and English TV. There are two bedrooms off to the right of the living area with each one having 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, all have air conditioning. There is also a bathroom on this level containing toilet, bidet, double sink unit, and a bath with shower. Leading of the lounge area, there is a terrace overlooking the Hillside Mountains. On the first floor of this apartment you will find the master bedroom, wet room and access to the private roof terrace. Master bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and fantastic views of the sea and mongo. Private roof terrace consists of sun beds, outside table and chairs and a brick built barbecue.

EATING OUT: The Arenal has a palm lined beach and a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants overlooking the bay, there is food to cater for everyone from steaks, paella's, Chinese, mexican, tapas, pizza's, amazing fish restaurants down to good old English cuisine. About a 5 min drive from the arenal you have lovely outdoor beach bars with music and entertainment leading down to the port area, where their is a fast selection of restaurants and seasonal fiestas held.

ATTRACTIONS: about a 30 min drive from Javea you have terra mitica theme park, mundomar animal and sealife centre and aqualand water park, all well worth a visit, or visit the waterfalls in Altea, where you can swim in the natural falls and dine in one of many lovely steak and fish restaurants whilst the kids are swimming in the pool.

Golf: Javea and surrounding areas have many golf courses to choose from.

Stayed here in july 2008, had a fab holiday due to the great location of the apartment.
Couldn't fault the apartment and its facilitys, absolutely wonderful, will do it again soon.

Been to Javea numerous times.

The location of this flat is superb- close to beach however no noise.

Flat is on 3 levels and has everything anyone would need including a full roof terrace.

10 out of 10 !
