Our 5 Bedroom home is located in Silver Creek, Clermont, Florida. Peacefully located just off the US27, but only 1 mile from US192 and only 7 miles from Disney World. It has a large heated pool, warm bubbly spa and a large pool deck for sunbathing. A home great for relaxing in after a hard day at the Orlando attractions or late nights out. Just 2 minutes drive away are supermarkets, a Wal*Mart superstore, a post office, hairdresser, bank, dentist, fast food providers and restaurants.
For the golfers, their are 20 golf courses within 10 miles of our villa. For the anglers their are lots of lakes, one within walking distance and many more, a short drive away. With the coast only 1 hour away, their is also deep sea and big game fishing on chartered boats. For the shoppers you can shop till you drop at shopping malls, markets and discount outlet stores.
The family room is a large open plan living and dinning area which has been furnished to a high standard with a light cream soft carpe,t a 3 seater sofa bed, two seater love seat, arm chair and a coffee table. A colour TV with multi channel cable and a DVD player has been provided for your enjoyment.
There is a dinning table with seating for six, the room is fully air conditioned and includes a ceiling fan, lamp tables with reading lamps. A telephone is provided with free local calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of work space and cupboards, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots pans, glasses, cutlery etc. - everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fitted with Maytag appliances which includes a large glass top range style stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice maker. Therer is also a round table with additional seating for four.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with matching bed side cabinets. There is a large dresser unit with drawers and a large mirror. A TV with multi channel cable, radio alarm and a telephone with free local calls are provided. There is a view of the pool and spa area through the window and a large walk in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a fitted safe. This room also has air conditioning and ceiling fan. This bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large vanity base unit.
The 2nd master bedroom with en-suite has a queen size bed with matching bed side cabinets, a large dresser with drawers and a built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. A TV with multi channel cable is also provided. This room has air conditioning and ceiling fan. The en-suite has a walk in shower, wash basin unit and WC.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and matching bedside cabinets, a large dresser with mirror, a built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a TV with multi channel cable. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds with a view of the pool and spa area. It has a dresser with bed side cabinet and lamp and built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5 also has twin beds, with a large dresser, matching bed side cabinets and lamp and built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The family bathroom has a tub (bath) with built in shower, a wash basin in a vanity unit and WC. There is a door which leads to the pool area and is used as the pool bathroom during the day.
This home has a large double Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron provided. The garage also doubles up as a games room area with a pool table and dart board.
The swimming pool and spa area has plenty of room for sun bathing. The pool area is covered by a fine mesh to keep out insects and animals the screen can slightly filter the sun but will not stop you from getting a great tan. Table, chairs and sunbeds are provided. There is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan for those who prefer some shade. A safety screen runs the length of the pool. There is underwater pool lighting for a night time swim or you can relax in the spa. The pool can be heated if required and this is recommended from Nov to March. We have a pool cover to help try to retain the heat on the cooler nights.
