The property is fully furnished, Air-conditioned and totally self-contained consisting of: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Large living and Dining area, separate Kitchen, 2 large terraces and private swimming pool with large sunbathing areas. Coin Town, Shops, bars and all other amenities is only 2km (5-minutes drive).

Notes to the rental rates

  The rental rates are for up to 4 PERSONS
  For 5 - 6 persons add a total of 150 euros extra per week. (100GBP approx)
  For 7 - 8 persons add a total of 300 euros extra per week. (200GBP approx)
  'FROM 12 JULY - 5 SEPTEMBER THE RENTAL PRICE IS 1500 euros FOR 1 - 8 PERSONS'.
  CHILD HIGH CHAIR & COT with Mattress (Linen not provided) Included in the price.
  
• DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
  50% deposit of the total rental price is payable on booking (None Refundable).
  The Deposit Payment is by Bank transfer.
  BALANCES:
  The balance is payable in cash euros and on arrival.
  SECURITY DEPOSIT:
  There is also a security deposit of £150 or 200 euros payable in cash and on arrival, which is refundable at the end of your stay (Subject to serious breakages).
  
• ARRIVALS:
  Are after 16.00 hrs. DEPARTURES before 10.00 hrs. These times can be flexible during Mid & Low season.

'We recently visited the Finca Tranquilla on the outskirts of Coin and after being asked to follow up the 2.2km long and winding road up to the Finca we arrived to find what we can describe as follows. It is situated in the hills in a tranquil, relaxed, idyllic location which is best described as total serenity with beautiful views all around and on first impressions what a find. The Finca itself has been tastefully renovated to a good standard, well laid out on 2 levels with excellent pool and BBQ on the patio area. All your needs are catered for with local Supermarkets 10 minutes away and restaurants within easy reach. What made the holiday remarkable is that after a day's sightseeing you can return to total relaxation in the beautiful surroundings making this a ideal get away from it location.
