Set amongst farmland in a beautiful location, near the coast, Tredarrup's Mill Barn and Stable Cottage are traditional stone barns recently renovated, to retain their own original character. They offer a peaceful self-catering holiday retreat and a perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Mill Barn (sleeps 6) is converted from the old farm’s two-storey granary store, as you enter upstairs, the large open plan living area has its original high-beamed ceiling with great views across the valley. Downstairs there is a main double bedroom, 2 twins and bathroom and shower room. Stable Cottage, once the old stable, is a single story barn (sleeps 4). As you enter the granite hallway turns to a large open plan living area with its original high-beamed ceiling and granite floor. To the other end of the property there is a large bathroom, twin room and double room with en-suite shower room. Both properties have their own private terrace areas and adjacent grass paddock and woodland.

With its own charm it offers a peaceful self-catering holiday retreat and a perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Converted from the old farms two-storey granary store, as you enter upstairs, the large open plan living area has its original high-beamed ceiling with great views across the valley. With a well-equipped hand built country kitchen, dining area, comfy sofas, wide screen TV, DVD and for those cosy winter evenings, column radiators and a wood burning stove. There is also a separate games room. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a main double bedroom with original granite floor and grain sill, along the cobbled hallway are 2 twin rooms. At one end a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on original slate floor, at the other, a large shower room with mosaic tiled shower cubical. Mill Barn has an outdoor covered terrace looking out towards the coast.

Tredarrup is beautifully situated, near North Cornwall's coast and beaches, set amongst farmland with fantastic views across North Cornwall's Allen Valley. St Teath, the local village, has a newsagent, grocery store and a pub with good food. Within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, surfing at Polzeath, sailing or fishing at Rock, sand castles at Daymer Bay, cycling along the famous Camel Trail, moorland and coastal walks. Nearby are Padstow, Boscastle, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Issac. Only half an hour from the Eden Project and 40 minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan. We are located off the A39 near St Teath and Michaelstow, our nearest towns are Camelford, Wadebridge and Bodmin.
