We have two accommodations to rent on the same property: 1. Bungalow 'Casa Esther' of 90 m2 and 2. The First Floor Apartment in 'Villa Lydia' of 120 m. Enclosed wall gardens around the property. Both accommodations are for MAXIMUM 4 people NOT 5. Very suitable for 2 couples, 2 families or friends. Outside there are the large gated and closed private, secure carport for 2 cars, a luxury private/commun swimming pool (only for renters and owners) of 5 x 10 m with Roman stairs and nearby a shower in the beautiful garden and every accommodation his own terrace. The sea is 200 m away. You have the disposal of the swimming pool, your terrace, a washing machine, satellite colour television including English channels. Outside you will find sun loungers and patio furniture, palmtrees, flower-boxes and colourful bougainvilleas. The lovely bungalow has all comforts as central heating two toilets (upstairs and ground floor) and the fully-fitted American style kitchen. Smoking only outside.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 50% of the total amount will be paid on our Spanish Bank account with your reservation. The rest will be paid at your arrival in Spain.
  The price is based on 2 adults, with exeption of july and august which is for a family with 1 or 2 children.
  If 3 or 4 adults want to reserve, half the weekprice will be added to the normal weeprice.
  A refundable € 100 for damages deposit.
  Bedding and bed linen and also pool towels can be hired for € 10 per person. Please bring your own beach towels.
  Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc.
  Renters cannot re let/sublet the bungalow to any other party.
  Any extra days to weekly hires are charged pro-rata prevailing weekly rates.
  Departure time is 9.00 am and arrival time 16.00 pm to allow for cleaning, washing and preparation for new arrivals.
  The changing day is always a saturday.
  For a long stay from november till april, we will offer you special rates

  Our superb tastefully furnished bungalow with central heating everywhere and four walled and high, green and good maintained conifer hedge and beautiful secluded garden is perfect out of the wind and if you want, you can stay the whole day in the sun.
  There are 2500 hours of sunshine per year and the sea water temperature ranges from 13º C minimum in winter to 26º C in summer. The average air temperature ranges from 15º C in winter to 32º C in summer. Such temperatures makes Denia an ideal location for year round holidays together with its wonderful healthy air.
  Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture and has a historic town centre. The town's focal point is the 14th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m from where you get a wonderful sight over Denia and the sea. From the bungalow you are in 3 minutes at the sandy beach and can walk to Denia.
  
• Our beautiful and large Private Pool is professionally maintained weekly and is Communal only for our guests from the other acommodation and the owners family. No outsiders are allowed.
  SMOKING is permitted Outside and Terraces only.
  The elders are responsible for their own children. During siësta and after 20.00 hours the pool should not be used for noise effecting the neighbours and their children.
  The property is sadly not suitable for wheelchair visitors because both bedrooms are upstairs.
  The gated and locked carport provides secure parking. The little gate must also be locked every time somebody leaves or comes sothat no intruders can enter the property and everybody feels safe also little children can't leave. The property lies in an urbanisation and is surrounded by other bungalows and villas and 4 restaurants and bars are at 30m and less distance. The nearest supermarket is 250m. Denia has plenty of good and known supermarkets and a dayly covered market and monday market.

Golfing information

The Olaxabal disigned 'La Sella' 18 hole championship Golf Course on the slopes of a mountain is 10 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. It is particularly good which is, par 72 and is 6,029 metres, designed by a top golf pro. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. An attractive club house where lunch, dinner and tapas can be enjoyed, even for non players. Within 10 minutes drive north in Olive is 'Oliva Nova Golf', designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and 7,052 metres. Going south overlooking Benidorm you have the two new 'Real de Faula' championship courses which are very highly recommended - one par 72 championship and one par 62 eighteen hole tester! There are a number of 9 hole course also in the area - varying from the spectacular high coastal scenery of Altea 'Don Cayo' to the relatively flat but quite challenging Javia Golf Club or Benissa, Moraira-Calpe.

Watersports are available along the seafront, as windsurfing, jet skiing, (Scuba)diving, snorkeling, Quad Biking etc. Boats can also be hired. If you have a good condition, you may climb the Montgó in 5 hours ( 751m) and you will never forget the sight. On a clear day you may see the isle of Ibiza. Nearby is the mountain Segária which you can climb at El Verger, a few minutes from home, add when you go a little further the mountains l'Ocaive at Pedreguer- the Vall de Laguar - Fleix - Barranc de l'infern - the Vall de Gallinera and Serra Foradada. Benidorm has within 20 minutes reach, Terra Mitica a Theme Park, really upmarket. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar dolphin Exotic Sealife park, Terra Natura, Aquascope, Festilandia, Palace, Cactuslandia. The Caves at Benidoleig and a Safari Park within 10 minutes distance. Take a lunchtrip to the lovely Jalon Valley, a very scenic drive to many Spanish Villages. The stunning waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar and Rock Ifach are 30 minutes away

DENIA

Denia lies almost mid-way between Valencia and Alicante airports (just 60 minutes by car) and is famous for its fine sandy beaches that stretch for several kilimeters, the castle and quaint old town opposite the harbour, with a real Spanish atmosphere. The Romans founded Dianium after the goddess Diana. The city is charming and attractive, picturesque by its setting at the base of Montgo mountain, with narrow streets, lively bars, cafes and shops and with its own 'ramblas' Parisian-style tree lined main street. The port area is very cosmopolitan and during summer evenings there is a nightly street market, furthermore the multitude of good reasonably prices restaurants, many on the sea front; bars and tapas bars, indoor and outdoor market, shops, etc. Some of the best of the area's hundreds of restaurants are here. The surrounding area is very pretty and is very upmarket. In contrast to much of Spain, the area has lush feel to it due to the orange groves that surround the town.
