Villa Cerro has been beautifully restored with attention to detail, maintaining the original features of the building Guests can enjoy a holiday in the nature, without sacrificing any modern comforts. It has spectacular views of mountains, and is in the heart of the Sibillini National Park. It is ideal for families or large groups (until eight people). The swimming pool is completely private (8 by 4 metres). Access is by a private road. It has a private fenced garden, outside furniture and a barbeque. The accommodation is on three levels. Ground floor: large living room, utility room, wood store and laundry with washing machine. First floor sitting room with a large fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 beds, bathroom with a shower. Second floor: bathroom with shower, a landing area with a double beds and a large bedroom with a double bed.

For those who love sport and health there are different activities on offer, as well as the option of relaxing by the seaside or at the thermal baths. In the summer guests at Tenuta can enjoy the “green Riviera of the Picena”, the beautifully appointed beaches that line the Adriatic. Who love skiing can find the ski slopes of Sarnano-Sassotetto just 15km far. There are walking guides in the area available to lead parties on longer walks into the mountains. You also can practice tennis, horse riding and mountain bike. Guests who enjoy eating will find that the local Marche cooking. The area abounds in cultural gems, with cities and towns whose medieval roots are still clearly visible, with artistic and cultural vestiges of the centuries: Ascoli, Recanati, Macerata, Camerino, Fermo. In the near villages and towns there are many traditional folklore celebrations. Some famous designer has outlet centres in this area: Prada, Tod's shoes, Armani jeans, Romeo Gigli and Arena swimwear.
