After four months in Casa Alta, I can't imagine not being here now. What will my life be like without meditation, tai chi, salsa classes, Spanish lessons, intercambio, a party every other day, BBQs in the mountains, walks with the entire village at midnight, church on a Sunday, chess on the plaza and a dozen holistic therapists at my beck and call?! S Woods, London (who rented the house for six months recently).

'It was a rare delight to discover a village of such charm and ambience so close to the Costa del Sol. And when we come back we wouldn't stay anywhere else but Casa Alta – a truly lovely old townhouse, impeccably presented and ideally located. Don't miss the Fogon (our favourite restaurant) in Ojen. Best beach bar? Unquestionably Las Flores, about five miles east of Marbella, just beyond the hospital turn off.
We look forward to returning soon.' David and Julie Allsop, Kent

'The house is modern and fresh yet with charming original character and individuality. We had absolutely everything we wanted for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The perfect location for our first trip to Andalucia.' Andrew Nicholls, London.
'Casa Alta and the village were so compelling that we were often reluctant to leave and explore the coast further. We always looked forward to returning to the terrace for a sunset drink and those fantastic views across the sea and hillsides.' Kris Beuret, Leicester.
