Lift and stair access in well maintained, traditional chalet style residence. Quiet and sunny with lovely views off 3 balconies. Direct return to apartment on skis. Free ski bus stop, ski school, lifts to Avoriaz and Les Get, ice skating and tourist office very near. In summer, short walk to tennis courts, swimming, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking trails, cinema and shopping. Golf course and mountain lakes in local area. Convenient location for sightseeing - Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva, Switzerland - all within 1 hour's drive.

Morzine is one of the closest and most accessible alpine resorts to the UK - on the Route des Grandes Alpes and in the middle of the vast skiing area of the Portes du Soleil with 650 km of pistes and over 218 lifts. A fine centre for summer and winter holidays thanks to its splendid mountain setting and the wide and exciting range of summer sports both in the village and surrounding area. Walkers have numerous marked paths and fine alpine scenery. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, horse riding stables, archery, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a basketball court in the village centrally located near the Palais des Sports. Morzine is a mecca for mountain biking and paragliding and international events (ice skating, Tour de France). The lift system is equipped to carry equipment to higher slopes and ridges. Rafting and canoeing centres are within easy access plus the beautiful Lac Montriond. Excellent ski schools. Skiing, nordic tracks and snow boarding for all levels.
