This privately owned self-catering bungalow has a large bedroom with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with WC, shower, sink unit and washing machine with iron and board. The fully furnished living area has a large sofa and a pull-out double sofa bed. There is a TV, DVD and CD radio player. There is a fully equipped built-in kitchen area. Outside there is a terrace with table, chairs as BBQ looking out on to fantastic sea views and with the island of Fuerteventura on the horizon. The bungalow is ideally situated within a one minute walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach. Everything required for the perfect holiday is at hand, with 2 heated swimming pools, supermarkets and restaurants and the town of Playa Blanca just a ten minute walk away, so a car is not essential, but recommended if you want to get out and have a look at the amazing landscape and places of interest in Lanzarote. Perfect holiday spot for all the family with or without children

The bungalow is ideally situated just 1 min from the beautiful beach of Playa Flamingo, with its safe and calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling and with a selection of restaurants and supermarkets at hand. Within a ten minute walk to the busier town of Playa Blanca and a 10 minute drive to the amazing beaches of Papagayo, some of the finest in all of Spain. The Marina Rubicon is also nearby and the Timanfaya Mountains a 15 minute drive away, as is the Green Lagoon of El Golfo.
