Notes to the rental rates

• All rates are per night. Maximum occupancy is 12 persons. Best rate for Friday arrival. Rates are based upon availability and are subject to change. 3 night minimum stay. 11,9% sales tax is due on all rentals 6 months or less. Property and dates are confirmed after reservation deposit has been paid. One time cleaning fee of $90 is added to all rentals. $200 deposit is due at time of reservation by credit card ($500 for holidays & special events). Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Please forward us suggestion of course preferences and possible upgrades. We will make all possible attempts to make course preference available to you. You will have your tee times 2 days prior to your arrival via email. If your selection is not available we will pick a course similar in design and in same price range. Morning tee times: Usually, upgrading to second round tee times can be booked the same day and without paying any additional green fees, only a cart fee or reduced replay rate at approximately $15-45 pp/day. Tee times will be given same day after the first round in the pro shop.
