A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom townhouse just across the border from the Portuguese Algarve. Well furnished, good quality 3 double bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroomed townhouse with gardens; front and rear has a full sized roof terrace with views of Portugal and Spain. Communal pools, individually accessed through a gate from the rear garden. Complex enclosed and private with electric barriers and keys for communal access. Minutes from the house is the stunning fishing port of Ayamonte situated on the mouth of the Guardiana River. Ayamonte has a modern marina and regular ferry crossings connecting it with Portugal. Stunning beaches within 15 minutes away both in Spain and Portugal. Activites include golf (One could play at a different course every day of the week), Beach, Waterparks, Horse riding, Walking, Go karting, Shopping....endless things to do.

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival unless late booking when full payment is required. A security payment of £150 is required which will be refunded subject to the return of the keys and the property being left in good order and undamaged. D£50 Cash back from any one week booking we take from your recommendation. Deposit refunded within 2 weeks of departure less any cost of breakages or damage if applicable and return of the keys. Cancellation more than 8 week in advance no charge. Between 4-8 week 50% of total rental, between 2-4 weeks 75% of total rental. Less than 2 weeks 100%.

The House: The house is situated on a small square. All houses have access to the pool through the back gardens. The area is one of natural beauty with breathtaking views. The town of Ayamonte has shops, restaurants, squares, an air conditioned theatre / opera house, a marina. The cultural heritage is amazing. The town has many small narrow streets with extensive facilities. There are many festivals and outdoor concerts during the summer with opera and music in the various squares.

Golf: The Golf on site is Costa Esuri. The first course is open, the second due to be completed by the end of the year. The Western Course is a 72 par links style course. The Easter Course opened in 2007 has an area of 766,733 square metres and incorporates seven lakes. Both courses enjoy views over Portugal. There are numerous courses in the area. Golf Courses at Isla Canela (Spain) and Castro Marim (Portugal) are a 15 minute drive away. One could easily play at a different golf course every day of the week.

Holidaying with friends and family: If you are a group of friends or two families wanting to holiday together the house next door to ours is also available and sleeps 6. Both properties are managed by the same company which can cater for all your needs during you stay. Also all appliances are Bosch - dishwasher, fridge freezer, wahsing machine, drying machine. No need to bring a hairdryer a parlux 3200 is available for your use (very high powered) BBQ in the back garden and a lovely lemon tree which you can help yourself to for your gin and tonics etc etc

We first went to this beutiful, big & spacious holiday home in July 2008. We really enjoyed our stay, it was spotlessly clean, lovely fictures and fittings and loads of space for the children to wander about, safely and comfortable.

The bedrooms are a great size, and the master bedroom is a lovely space to retire after a busy day sun bathing at the quiet and very clean, safe pool. There is a big pool and a small, safe child's pool, where my young daughter was in from morning 'til night.

As a family who enjoy going out and about, visting new beaches, shops and restraunts during the day and in the evenings, a car is a real benefit on this holiday. Ayamonte is a short drive away, and is great just to chill out & have a nice meal & walk or just watch the world go by in one of the many restaraunts, bars etc!

We have booked to go back in the summer again, july 2009 and are taking my mum & dad as we really enjoyed it, feel safe and it's very comfortable & great value for money. Definetly a holiday you will enjoy, relax and meet lovely new people. We would definetly reccomend it to other families, Enjoy!
