Beautiful self contained villa in lovely quiet location,100 yards from the large secluded luxury pool, Great for relaxing in the sunshine for quiet days and quiet nights but with lively nights just a few minutes away, just a 3 5 minute walk to a good choice of local bars and restuarants. with a 3-5 minutes drive from 3 top class golf courses (Campoamor, Las Ramblas & Villa Martin) and 3 blue flag beaches at La Zenia, Cabo Roig & Campoamor. The local bars, supermarket and restaurants are around a 5 minutes walk away. satellite TV, air conditioning/ heating.( a chargeable extra) 3 minutes drive to Cabo Roig 'Strip' with buzzing nightlife including many bars and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Torrevija town which has dicos ,a water park, bowling alleys, cinemas, promonades with market stalls, a fair ground, shopping malls and high street shopping etc. 15 minutes from Murcia & 40 minutes from Alicante Airports.(airport service and local taxi provided if you dont want to drive.

Golf: Within a 5 minute drive Las Ramblas This course overlooks the Mediterranean and is probably the most challenging of the four local courses. This beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his 'Picasso' (par 72). This course is exactly what it's name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge! Golf Villamartin Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years, this being the oldest of the three golf courses in the local area. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course. The 14th and the 17th holes are both particularly spectacular on a course that is always in excellent condition. Real Club de Golf Campoamor.The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush, the fabulous new club house, restaurant and pro-shop make this course very pleasant (par 72). Campoamor was opened in 1989 and, although not as hazardous as Villamartin, it is the most panoramic of the courses in the region. The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this is a long and testing course with six 'dog legs' to keep you on your toes.

what a great place the villa was brilliant home from home,the weather was excellent,pool 2 mins walk security gate so nice and safe.galina made sure it was lovely and clean,frank was the host with most.and our escape into town,we had no car ,frank is very reasonable on his rates.we will be back ideal quiet family holiday,thanks frank and galina for a lovely holiday,ps frank do you have any info on the 4 french ladies next door but one.thanks again frank

Weather and accommodation were perfect.
Thanks for the use of your lovely house for our holiday it was just as promised.
Frank and Galina were excellent nothing was too much trouble, they made our holiday
The accommodation was everything you need and more.
All the home comforts.Beautiful accommodation and lovely pool. Great place for a holiday.
We liked the place very much. We just 'chilled out' and what a place to do it.

Stayed here for a golf break with 5 friends and had a fantastic time. the villa was superb and extreemely clean, the srevice from frank & his wife was superb. a great location for golfers, families for the beach or for young persons who like to be up until 3 in the morning. We will be back as soon as we can.

Very good value. lovely villa in a good location away from it all but within everything we needed in minutes.A great place to unwind all day and to wind up for so may choices for eating out in the evening. great location for golfers and beach lovers. we were dropped off for our golf and the rest of the family were on the beach in minutes. Galina and Frank were very friendly and most helpful. Allready checking for dates to return later this year.
