Apartment for self catering in Calis Beach for rent. Calis with its 4 km stretch of sand and shingle beach has grown into a small resort with a variety of bars and restaurants scattered along the beach front. Calis also boasts two very natural attractions - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months, and you can see what the other one is.Calis is famous for one of the most beautiful sunset in the world. The nearest town is Fethiye which is ten minutes drive away, 300 meters to Calis Beach. Many other activities around the area you can reach with the cheap minibuses. Also good f or long term rent. Good flight connections to Dalaman from England also Germany. See also charter to Marmaris for flight-seats. Good for family with kids, romantic vacation, activities, retries, quiet among other villas but with its own garden which normally not sharing it with anyone else.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discount OFF 10 % for time after 2weeks paid full rate, in summer or autumn. For more than a full week the rate is nightly 1/7 part of the weekly rate. Room cleaning before arrival and the laundry after departure is included. Longtime rental possible. I prefer the money in Euros (EUR) but you can pay wiith Pounds (GBP) by bank transfer or Swedish Krona (SEK) or Turkish Liras (TL) as well. REFUNDABLE SAFETY DEPOSIT 100 Euro /100 £ to be paid together with the remaining balance, latest 8 weeks before your arrival. Safety deposits is returnable within 2 weeks after returned from holiday.
  • You can buy services, as food in the fridge at arrival, from Spirit of Turkey rentingoffice. They arrange your service, airport tranfers, welcoming pack, cleaning, laundry, give information.and hand over the keys. Cleaning and check up will be done before your arrival and a visit in next few days for 'meet and greet' meeting by the agent to ensure everything is okey for you. You are welcome with any questions and ask for advice.
  • 24/7 hours emergency phone to rental office.
    See the leaflet for information in the apartment and the sign outside. Gardener comes 2-4 weekdays to clean the pool and look for the garden. Feel free to use the barbecue-grill. You are free to use all the plot around the house. as it is private it is all for your use only. If some fruits on trees you are welcome to take it. Nomally there is no one else but your family in the villa and garden. It is located in rural area and near to village center. So you can see and hear animals, domestic as horse, cows, hens, turkeys, goats, dogs, cats and different wild species as frogs, turtles, birds and a lot other kinds and see beautiful flowers when right season. See information leaflet about recycling of waste and garbage. Be careful about the enviromental preservation of nature. If you will dispose electronics and batteries, it is best to bring back home to ensure it is handled right.

Notes: Upstairs apartment. Two balconies, one towards West and one to East. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset. You can see all of the pool area from the balcony at west side. Iron, ironing-board, hairdryer. There is no internet connection in the house but some internet cafes within 10 minutes walk. For security and safety; in the hallway is a smoke alarm. If battery gets too low it starts beeping. Remove the battery by turning it all anticlockwise. Don't put it back up on the wall, unless battery is changed. It can gives a false secutity. There is timer on the stove. Safety frontdoor and metalbars for windows. At night do not lock door with keys. For fast evacuation in case of emergency, only use the upper knob for locking frontdoor. Outside the plot is a sign for 24/7 service phonenumber. Bring a torch with you, when going out in darkness, to see and to be seen by drivers. Divers does not follow green or red trafficlight as in your home country.

inventory list: Check it at your arrival. If something get broken, please tell the rental office to replace it. In the normal usage of things it happens they are worned out and small accidents happens, no problem to get it replaced. Please read the information folder where I have put some useful information If you have complaints do not wait to contact the rental service immediately. It is too late to do afterward and your holidays will be disturbed by that. Please also e-mail me, for any kind of complaints you might have on your vacation and we will try to make it better.

By the poolside: Pool is running and maintained from May 1 until Oct 31. You use all at your own risk and your responsibility. Don't leave children alone. Pool deepth is about 170 cm, all over. Not allowed to take towels from the house to the BEACH. You have to bring private things for usage outside of the property. The pool is only for this villa and usually or you alone.

At the end of vacation....: There is a review form in this website. I am grateful for your comments in the review form and please write some lines in the guest book in the sitting room Before leaving, please empty all bins from garbage and rubbish into the destined containers outside in the street. Hang wet towels indoors, so it can get dry. Pick all items from outside, -sunbeds, -parasol, -chairs, --tables and other into the small storeage house in the garden and lock the doors. Empty, clean and UNPLUGG the fridge and leave its door OPEN.

Amazing property!!! Flat is equipped with all essentials and everything you would need. Great location, near the beach and not too far from down town Fethiye. So much to do in this part of Turkey many excursions/beaches to go to. We really enjoyed the holiday and hope to be back soon. Thanks 4 all the help Clas.

We had a great time in this apartment on the first floor. Not far from the sea in a quiet area. Surrounded by other villas and farmland. You see the goats from your balcony.
