In a peaceful, rural setting between villages of Apremont and Commequiers with views over unspoilt rolling countryside. The property provides easy access to the River Vie, the freshwater lake at Apremont, and the wide sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. The seaside resorts of St.Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and St. Jean de Monts are a short drive away.

Wide range of leisure activities include Horse Riding and Golf in Coëx (6 miles), canoeing on the River Vie at Apremont and the unique Vélo-Rail in Commequiers. On the coast, sea-fishing trips, boat, bike, surf-board and wind-surfer hire available.

We had a great time in Chauffettieres. The cottage was just perfect and of such a very high standard, Fantastic kitchen! Loved the individual touches and apprecited the groceries and lovely bottle of wine on arrival.We were extremely comfortable and it was a great start to our holiday. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
