This place is just like a museum of Paris with historic monuments visible from the rooms. Everything you need is at your fingertips thanks to: 3 metro stations, 5 bus lines, easy access from the airports with Air France cars (with the final stop in our street) or trains and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can appreciate the local market atmosphere and the charm of the Sunday Art Market.

A Crib and a High Chaircan could be provided. * Housekeeping is provided only prior to arrival.

much more than we expected!

The Eiffel Tower’s view from the apartment is gorgeous and we were so surprised with everything on the apartment!
It’s a very nice place, well located and with large rooms and living-room.
We were in 9 people (including 2 elderly and 2 children aged 3 and 6 years) and my mother cooked for us most meals and everything worked well.
There even has wireless internet, but you better take your lap-top with you.

Even after our staying, we wrote to the owner to tell we had forgotten my mother’s shoes and to ask him if it was possible to send it for us. As he would travel over here to work, he kindly offered to bring the shoes to Brazil for us.

We loved everything and we highly recommend!

We are already making plans to go back there.

Outstanding Views /Great Location/Wonderful Place

I have traveled throughout many different countries throughout the years and have had many wonderful experiences this is one of them . Upon arriving to this property we were pleasantly greeted by the owner and her children. She took time to show us maps of the area and suggested place to see and wonderful resturant to enjoy. The house was clean and the layout of the space was perfect for our situatuion. We had a wonderful stay and will be back to stay again. I have been in the hospitality business for over 7 years and after reading the pass review you really can be misead. I personnal do not always find that reviews are truthful with this new age of modern tech. I find that people tend to use tecnics as a way to try to distort or misinform... I can say that my family and I had a wonderful experience with the place. It meet our satifaction and believe me that my mother is very hard to please. It was one of her best trips!!

Eiffel Tower and Cityscape Galore

That's how I would describe the views from this apartment. I loved our stay in this apartment. It is spacious with a cozy kitchen. Eat from kitchen and enjoy the view of the tower at the same time.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, nicely decorated and quiet for an apartment in a busy part of Paris .
There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We particularly recommend a restaurant known for its clam dishes(les moules)very close to this flat on the main boulevard. You should try it.
We strongly recommend this place to relative and friends.

I was part of a group of 7 midwives celebrating a 60th birthday with a trip to Paris. Just days prior to our departure we were let down by the people we booked with originally. We scoured the internet desperately for an alternative and a friend found this one. The owner was a very pleasant lady who departed for her country home as we arrived having checked that we would ensure that the apartment was well cleaned when we left!!!! The apartment was clean, well furnished and well equipped as a family home (essentially that is what it is ) with wonderful views of the tower , however we found that every cupboard and wardrobe was absolutely packed with the family's belongings and clothes and consequently we had to live out of our suitcases as there was no available space for our belongings. The kitchen was tiny and there were only 2 rings on the cooker- fairly impossible to do any cooking should you wish to. The only thing we used it for was to boil the kettle. Though we enjoyed our stay in Paris, we would have preferred not to stay in someone's home. We thought it expensive despite a reduction (it was twice the cost of our original booking and much further from the centre). I would not recommend staying here.
Owner's Response: We never rented less than 5 nights but made an exception for 3 nights for celebrating your 60th birthday in Paris.On your late arrival (7pm instead of 2pm) you had no deposit to pay but we let you stay.
Have a nice apartment for less than 200 euros by person and during just the weekend in Montparnasse is less than a low cost hotel rate ...
We have been sharing our home and our life style for 5 years with a lot of people. This is the first time that the people aren't satisfied with the kitchen !
Yes it's small but equiped.
If you come to Paris for cooking at home, don't take our apartment. Thanks to your comments it's added on the web.
