The picture from the Eiffel tower is the real view by the windows during the july 14th festivities. Dominating Paris (14th floor) and conveniently located only 15 minutes from Eiffel tower or Chateau de Versailles, this apartment will be an important part in your Paris souvenir. This place is just like a museum of Paris with historic monuments visible from the rooms. Everything you need is at your fingertips thanks to: 3 metro stations, 5 bus lines, easy access from the airports with Air France cars (with the final stop in our street) or trains and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can appreciate the local market atmosphere and the charm of the Sunday Art Market.

Further information: * Only non smoking is allowed. * Guests may arrive on any day of the week. * Check in after 2 PM and check out before 10 AM. * No pets allowed. * Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. * Children are welcome. A Crib and a High Chaircan could be provided. * Housekeeping is provided only prior to arrival.

Cleaning: It is appreciated when a guest leaves the unit tidy and as clean as is convenient. If not the cleaning fees are 150 euros. If you have a housekeeping emergency or wish to pay for additional service, please email me at your reservation.

A lovely holiday

We enjoyed our stay here with our three children very much. The flat is very well located within walking distance to the centre and right on top of the metro and trains. Very kind, friendly owners who welcomed us warmly. There is lots happening in and around Montparnasse: great restaurants, cafes and shopping, very buzzy atmosphere. Jardin de Luxembourg is a perfect oasis, and only 15 minutes walk. The patisserie across the road has gorgeous eclairs! Many thanks Shahin for a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended - we would love to return.
