Our lovely villa is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday in beautiful Naples. All bedrooms, lounge & dining areas come with brand new quality furniture designed to give you maximum luxury & comfort. The feature of the house though is the pool which is much larger than average & the lanai area big enough for large table, 6 chairs (including 2 rockers), 4 sun loungers & barbecue. The Master bedroom has a large en-suite with bath & separate walk-in shower. The room also features his & hers walk-in wardrobes. Cable TV is also available in all bedrooms. The lounge has 2 fabulous  3 seater sofas that look onto a wall cabinet that houses a flat screen 32' television. For formal dining there is a beautiful glass top table with 6 high back chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances and utensils. Internet access for your own laptop is available.

The villa is located on the gated community of Briarwood, close to all amenities Naples offers. It is within 10 minutes of Olde Naples, Naples Pier and the sandy beaches famous for their spectacular sunsets. 5th Avenue, which boasts some of the finest restaurants, bars and shops are nearby. Briarwood is within easy access to the Interstate 75 motorway and is a very pleasant 3 hours drive to Busch Gardens and Disneyworld.The world famous Everglades, Fort Myers, Captiva and Sanibel Islands are all within easy driving distance of the villa and make a great day out. There are Golf courses galore in Naples, all within easy distance of the villa.

We stayed at the villa in Briarwood for a week in August. The villa was first class in every way, and very clean and well equipped. All the arrangements regarding the booking and collection of keys worked well and we felt totally safe and at home in the villa

We loved the Naples area (having stayed on Sanibel Island last time we visited this part of America) and would certainly return, although maybe not in August! The weather was hot and sunny but the daily downpour did get in the way of laying on the beach.
