This lovely south west facing ground floor apartment offers private accommodation for 6 people and comprises fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, four ring hob, oven and microwave. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans to master bedrooms. Bedrooms have a double bed, one with twin beds and the third with either bunk beds or twin beds. Bathroom, shower room and spacious lounge/dining area leading out to covered terrace with barbeque and garden dining furniture. The lounge has SKY freeview/DVD and CD player, and a fan for the summer nights. The delightful large sun terrace (sun loungers provided) overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden with large tree shaded lawned area, flower borders and a large swimming pool with separate children's area. The terrace is ideal for relaxing and watching the family in the pool. Convenient private parking to the rear of the property close to the side entrance. Altogether an idyllic family holiday location.

Located in the suburb of Son Parc Ses Fonts 9 is set away from the main road in a quite cul-de-sac. The complex is very private yet within an easy walk to the local amenities. There are a variety of restaurants and bars for all tastes ranging from traditional Spanish to Chinese. The restaurant and bar area is particularly geared towards families with children's play areas. There is a local bus service which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment providing easy travel to Mahon and the surrounding areas. Within Son Parc there are well stocked supermarkets, car hire, tourist information and general stores. The sandy beach can be reached by a short walk through the spectacular sand dunes or by road. For those who drive there is adequate parking. The beach is ideal for families and offers pedalos, canoes, sun beds and umbrellas. The sea is ideal for children and the beach is supervised by the Red Cross. There are two super restaurants (with toilet facilities) overlooking the beach.

  • A security deposit of £500 (refundable after the let has been completed without damage) is required with the final balance. Payment is on the basis of 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance payable four weeks prior to departure. If you are booking four weeks prior to departure the full amount is payable. If cancellation occurs within 6 weeks before the date of departure the deposit will be forfeited. Access to the apartment after 13:00
    Vacate apartment by 10:00. Late vacation subject to negotiation.
