A self catering apartment completed in 2006 on a nearly completed development, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in an ideal location for golf courses and beaches, and within easy reach of Alicante and Murcia airports. The apartment is in Los Palacios, Formentera Del Segura, which is on the outskirts of Rojales which is a typical Spanish town. There are a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas bars and pubs close by. There is a very pretty church, a local museum and a lovely village square where you can sit in a romantic setting & watch the world go by.

Notes to the rental rates

• We require the following in order to book your holiday rental:
  1.A booking deposit of £50.00
  2.A security deposit of £100.00 ( returned after your holiday if no damage)
  3.A full list of names of the clients renting the holiday rental.
  4.Full payment must be received six weeks before departure date.
  5.Adequate holiday insurance must be taken out for thief, damages illness etc.
  6.Payments can be made by Credit card via Paypal, cheques, bank transfers & postal orders
  The security deposit as agreed & the balance should be paid in full within 6 weeks prior to the departure date
  Please make all cheques payable to BT Smith.
  
• To cancel your holiday rental the following refunds will be applied:
  Eight weeks before your holiday ---- full refund of deposit. Six weeks before your holiday ----- 60% of deposit. Four weeks before your holiday ----- 40% of deposit. Less than four weeks ---- No refund of booking & security deposit.
  
• All water & electric is included in the price.
  We can arrange a welcome pack at an extra charge, so you can have a drink and a snack when you arrive.
  Please note that there is a cleaning charge payable to the key holder of 40.00 euros on arrival at the apartment.

The Costa Blanca is recognised by the World Health Organisation as having the best climate in Europe, and has more hours of sunshine than most of Spain. Activities: If relaxing by the pool or on the beach are not enough for you, then there are 3 local 18 hole championship golf courses that you can play on. The Aquapolis Aqua park is close by and the Terra Mitica Theme park can be found just up the coast. There is also Horse Riding, Hot Air ballooning, Scuba Diving, Jet Skiing, Bowls, Fishing and lots more for you to investigate. Or you can visit the salt water lagoons to see the Flamingoes and other wildlife.

Formentera is ideally situated for the major golf courses, the new one being La Finca in Algorfa. this is about ten minutes away. There are 3 other large golf courses within 25 minutes drive Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and numerous smaller ones. Formentera itself has a very good golf course a 5 minutes drive away in Ciudad Quesada. If you want a lively holiday without having to travel then this area is not for you. If you want a taste of typical Spanish life or somewhere as a base to see the real Spain, or somewhere near numerous golf courses, then you will enjoy this apartment.
