This beautiful front line apartment with a breathtaking sea view is situated in the one of the best areas of the exclusive & charming village of Puerto Andratx (La Mola). A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment enjoying sensational 270 degree sea views across a delightful bay at Puerto Andratx and to the Mediterranean beyond. The apartment is located within a small, front line community with direct sea access and a Shared swimming pool with sea views. The apartment, with a 100m2 built area and a magic sea’s edge location, has the following distribution: a small reception area leads into a light & sunny open plan living room with large glazed doors looking out to the terrace, enabling the dramatic sea views to be enjoyed immediately upon entering the apartment. The open plan, fully- equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar & there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with a cot and a high chair. The 16m2 terrace runs the length of the apartment.

Puerto de Andratx is a charming fishing village in the southwest corner of Mallorca and the jewel of the island. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. The village has a promenade around the port with many bars, restaurants and cafes at the water's edge. The harbour has a marina and is the perfect spot for all kinds of watersports. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear and scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders to be seen. There is also excellent scuba diving in San Telmo, only 10 minutes away. Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKINGS: Please note, to enable more flexibility with bookings, additional days can be taken beyond the week. Please ask for the total cost when enquiring. Times for the rental start at 3 pm on the start date, and the house MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of rental. This is to allow for preparation and cleaning. Again, we can be flexible, depending on the previous or next booking, please ask when enquiring. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday (other days on request).
  • DEPOSITS: A 30% (non-refundable) deposit is required when booking. This is to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. PLEASE NOTE: No booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance MUST be received 4 weeks prior to the start date, or at the time of booking, if within 4 weeks of the start date. An inventory and property deposit of EUR 450 per rental period must be received along with balance, which will be refunded in full, subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of your departure.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We recommend you take out full holiday insurance, in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. On bookings of more than two weeks, a cleaning service will be provided once a week, which includes laundering of all bed linen and towels.

We will be back as soon as we can, we love this home with it´s amazing terrace. We had beautiful breakfasts and romantic dinners while our 3 year old was sound asleep in the second bedroom. When we arrived, the fridge had some milk, ham, butter, juice etc.. just perfect so we would´nt have to go to the supermarket in a rush. The restaurants in the area are really good for seafood and paella. There is a "cala" just below the apartment with crystal clear water.
Well we were sorry the day we had to leave and can´t wait to get back. We highly recommend this apartment, the views are wonderful, we could never get enough of it. THANK YOU!!

Amazing Apartment/Fantastic Views

When you walk through the front door of this beautiful apartment the views that meet you are outstanding. We spent a very enjoyable week here and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and spacious, not your usual Spanish 'small' double!
Port Andratx is a lovely, upmarket resort with lots of fabulous restaurants although if you do find one that you really like it's advisable to pre-book a table as the restaurants are very busy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Sea Views

A lovely apartment with fantastic sea views. Description & photos are accurate but do not do the apartment justice, the balcony is not overlooked and the small BBQ make it ideal to stay in if you do not want to go into the port. Andratx is a lovely relaxed upmarket resort with good fish restaurants. The apartment is tastefully decorated and felt like a home from home from the moment we walked in. The small shared swimming pool was perfect and we were the only ones there the day we used it. The walk into the port takes approx. 20 mins (all down hill) and taxi home at the end of the evening is only 5 Euros. Communication with the Danish owners was easy and we encountered no problems at all. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Our stay at this apartment was truly lovely. A very well equipped apartment with all modern facilities.
The only suggestions that I could make would be to not say that the accommodation is child friendly-lots of steep drops surrounding the property and also not 10 minutes walk to Andratx but 20. Very suitable for adults with no walking difficulties.

A very nice apartment with all the comfort and facilities to give you the perfect holiday for you and your family.
The apartment was beautifully decorated with nice furniture’s.

A stunning sea view from the terrace, with a short walking distance down to sea level if you want to go for a swim.

The neighbourhood and surroundings were very nice and quiet with only a short walk down to Port D'Antratx city centre.
