Quintalegre can be found at the top of a quiet country lane which is lined with orange, lime, lemon and pomegranate trees. It is a beautiful traditional Portuguese farm house that still retains its original charm with its beamed ceilings interwoven with bamboo, complete with air-conditioning to keep the rooms cool during the summer months. As well as boasting a beautiful open log fire set into a traditional stone fireplace. The farmhouse sleeps up to 12 people, enjoys fantastic tiled en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped hand-made oak kitchen. Half an hour from Faro and five minutes from the beaches, Quintalegre is centrally located to all the main attractions in the heart of the Algarve, including Zoomarine, water parks, golf courses, restaurants and traditional towns and villages.

Hi

I booked this villa - Quintalegre last June 2008 for a weeks's holiday for a group of 10 adults. We had a fantastic time, our hosts were so helpful and entertaining. We were a party of x 6 adults and our children and their partners. We had the use of the Villa's Kombi (Van) and our hosts drove us where ever we wanted to go. The guys played golf which Conway organised, and us woman either sunbathed by the pool or were taken out somewhere by Lawrence. The "Shack" as we named it was a brilliant extra, at night we either BBQ or went out to eat and then came back and drank with our hosts at the "Shack". We loved every day and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere beautiful relaxed and great hosts. We are going back this year for sure !! Lisa
