Situated only 150 metes from the beach, our ground floor apartment is reached by passing through beautifully kept tropical gardens and walkways where you will immediately notice how tranquil the area is. There is a large swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunloungers, all within the grounds. On reaching the apartment there is a patio area with table and chairs for your own personal use. There is a spacious lounge with a 3-seater sofa bed (for a third person) and separate armchair, 32' flat screen Sat TV with DVD/CD player, dining table, chairs, coffee table and a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar leads to the well equipped kitchen area, where you will find a full oven, 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, and all cooking utensils needed for a self catering holiday. The bedroom has Scandinavian sized single beds with full length mirrored wardrobes, a ceiling fan and safe. The bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower, WC. wash handbasin and bidet.

Our accommodation is found on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen resort, which is the largest in Lanzarote and which has beautiful, long sandy beaches. There are also neighbouring resorts of Los Pocillos and Matagorda. Puerto Del Carmen has many local restaurants and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The restaurants cater for all types of cuisine - from the local Spanish food (which is a must to try), to Chinese, Japanese, Tai, Indian, Italian and not forgetting, of course, English food. The only problem is trying to fit them all in before you go home. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. There is also a shopping centre where you can buy leather handbags, perfumes, designer clothes, shoes, etc. Rancho Texas Theme Park is close by. By day there are bird/parrot and sea lion shows. By night there is an all inclusive Country & Western night where you can eat and drink as much as you like.

What a fantastic bungalow this is! We've just recently returned from a two week holiday (Sept 08) having had a relaxing stay at this property. The bungalow is ideally situated close to the beach, shops and restaurants, a walk in either direction gives you an abundance of both. The picutres on the website don't do the property justice. It is very well maintained, clean tidy and quiet (some days we only found ourselves sat around the pool, no need to reserve sunbeds). We will be definitely keeping the contact details for next year and have already passed the website link onto friends and family.

Tranquil setting.

Just returned from a weeks stay with my two teenage children(13 & 16) and we had a great time. The bungalow was excellent, it ticked all the box's for us, the setting is superb, we could not believe how quiet it was at night.
The owners kept in touch with us prior to our departure, and organised all we needed for a smooth arrival and stay. We did not need to contact the people who manage the property whilst there as we had no problems, but it is reassuring to know someone is only a phone call away should you have any problems.
The location is great as it is only a 10 minute walk from numerous restaurants, we would recomend a visit to La Ola which is next to the casino, we had a great night here.
We would not hessitate recommending this property to anyone, in fact we will be visiting again next year, we enjoyed it that much

'My husband and I were looking for somewhere to relax, with peace and quiet, whilst still being able to enjoy some good restaurants in the evening. We certainly had all this and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Playa Park Bungalow if this is the type of holiday you are looking for'.
