The Property is finished to a high standard and is situated in a peaceful area with a mix of home and holiday apartments. Walking distance to bars, plaza's, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Communal pools, small garden to side and rear. Off road parking. Quiet roads. Double glazed patio doors opening from the lounge onto the south facing balcony with seating area and offering views over farmland towards the sea. Exterior steps rising to the private roof top solarium incorporating, BBQ area, sun loungers and parasols and panoramic views. Leading from the main bedroom are patio doors, opening onto a Juliet style balcony offering views across the communal swimming pool and garden area. The road opposite the pool is a quiet road, not a main road or thoroughfare. A public telephone is located just outside the entrance gates.

Additional information about rental rates

  • £100 security deposit. £50 deposit then balance payable 2 months prior to rental date.
    A full clean of the apartment at the end of your stay an extra payable to the key holder on arrival = 80 euros, mid term clean if there is a party of 3 or more and linen replace on a 2 week rental will be 40 euros payable locally, this keeps the apartment to a high standared of cleanliness. Towels and linen are provided, but not beach towels.
    Cots, high chairs etc can be hired.

    health insurance or loss or damage to personal effects are not included in the price.

The property itself was perfect, clean and spacious within a relaxing complex.
A short stroll to a number of bars and shops etc, also a twenty minute walk to a market and other Plaza's.
With Villa Martin,Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, Benidorm and many other places to visit it maybe worth hiring a car for a few days .
A blue flag beach is just a 20 min. walk but we used the pool area mainly.
Overall we had a great time and would recommend this holiday for couples and families.
