Comfortable grind floor at 50m to the beach.The apartment is in the housing development of Sunwing Zone, a quiet residential area in Puerto Alcudia. The apartment is 500m from the centre of Puerto Alcudia and there is a bus every 5 minutes. The apartment is in the corner on the left hand side of the ground floor of a two story building. The beach, which is a short walk away (only 50m), is exceptionally clean an well-equipped with sunshades and sun beds, surfboards, pedaloes, etc. are available for hire. The apartment has two well decorated two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a TV. The apartment has got heating and air conditioning. To enjoy your meals there is a terrace with a table, chairs and a blind. The jewel of the apartment is his quiet and sunny garden with grass, plants and tall trees and sun beds, sunshades. A parking space for residents is also available in the building area.

The apartment is very well situated for renting at all times of the year, as the shops and local services are open all season; it's in the Sunwing area. Although well served by bus, for both local trips and for journeys to and from Palma, a car would be recommended for enjoying the wider area around Alcudia and Pollensa, or for exploring further a field. Many visit Alcudia for the beach alone, 11km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea, there are many beach side cafés and restaurants, and a great variety of water sports. Alcudia, is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins and a lovely Sunday market. The port of Alcudia has a lovely old fishing village, which lies at the northern-end of the beach. The newly opened golf course at Aucanada is 4 kilometres away, offering luxurious facilities and magnificent views.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in August 08. It was very secure with 2 security gates to get in and out, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, washing machine was very useful, there was'nt a kettle but we boiled some water in a saucepan to make a cuppa the tea tasted the same as any cup of tea does on holiday. We would stay at the apartment again.

we moved out after afew days into bed and breakfast. It needs more utensils, a kettle would have been helpful. modern bedding, a shower curtain, not the ordinary curtain provided which got so heavy when wet it pulled down the curtain rail. Icould say much more but i think by now you will have got our impression. After 20 years in Villa and appartment holidays in Majorca I have never experienced anything quite like it.
