A great self catering holiday rental in a very beautiful setting. A truly Provencal stone house. This property has 2 units: main and guest house. The main villa: 'MAS d'ANTOINE' sleeps 4. The 'LITTLE RETREAT' sleeps 2. Its a very romantic property. Ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a unique place, a little set back and yet very close to famous St. Paul village and only 10min drive to the nearest beach. Also nice for friends sharing. We have many most wonderful medieval villages within 10 to 40min drive. These villages are famous for their goods: paintings, olive wood articles, glass wear, pottery, statues and clothing as well as great wines, all sorts of mustard, honeys, spices, many different types of cheeses, jams and lots more. Monaco is also only 40min drive away. Ad 10min and you are in Ventimiglia Italy. Colourful Nice and its open market is only 20min drive away and to get to Cannes will just about take 20min.

'Little retreat' is the guest house of villa 'Mas d'Antoine'. It' a very romantic little house and totally independent from the main house. 'Little retreat' has its own entrance, kitchen with washing machine and A/C throughout. The living room and open kitchen are on the ground floor. Bedroom and bathroom are on the 1st floor (outside staircase). The bedroom has 1 double bed (convertible into 2 singles) and a en suite bathroom with double sink and bath. 'Little retreat' is suitable for 1 couple or 2 friends sharing. I big garden is at the guests disposal with terrasse, orangerai and pool (pool can't be heated). There also is a very well equipped barbecue area. Amazing, breathtaking views onto St. Paul village and the sea from every corner.

Favored towns near by: Antibes and Juan les Pins (good night life). Best attractions for children: Marineland in Biot and the safari park in Frejus. St. Tropez is also only 1hrs drive away. Why not visit the Friday morning market of Ventimiglia in Italy. It's only 1hrs by car. All major towns and cities can be reached by the coastal train. Enjoy the view!!!

Notes: The main house 'Mas d'Antoine' has 2 bedrooms (all double beds) sleeping 4. All with en suite. This big villa is only rented out during the summer season. The guest house 'little retreat' and the main house 'Mas d'Antoiner' are rented as 'ONE UNIT' during the summer months! Total sleeping capacity: 6 The guest house 'Little retreat' has 1 bedroom (twin beds) sleeping 2. Also en suite. This little house can be rented independently all year except during July, August and the 1st weeks of September during which 'little retreat' is NOT AVAILABLE. The garden is over 3 levels: terrace, orangeries, and the pool is located on the top level (very romantic !!!). The pool can NOT be heated. Towels and linen are provided. Also provided: the departure cleaning.

Cosy, homeliy and incredible views!

We were speachless when we arrived. The view is absolutely stunning! The little house is cute and immaculately clean. The bathroom is completely renovated and in a modern style. We had the big terrace and this wonderful garden all to ourselves. Since we had come by car, we were glad that there was a secure garage at our disposal. The owner was friendly and very flexible regarding arrival and departure dates and times. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay and will certainly come back. Alexander and Jamima from Laughbouroug, UK

totale Ruhe, privat und herrliche Sicht!

Meine Frau und ich haben eine sehr schoene und ruhige Woche in "the little retreat" verbracht.
Ein sehr schnuckliges, kleines Haeuschen das stielvoll renoviert wurde und eine atemberaubende Sicht bietet.
Die Terasse und der Garten sind sehr grosszügig und das Pool romantisch versteckt. Wir haben taeglich von dem Gartengrill gebrauch gemacht und den Zitrusgarten und dessen Gerüche genossen. St. Paul ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und auch am Meer ist man per Auto innerhalb von 15min.
Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir koennen das Haeuschen wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Adorable, romantic, homely, great views!!!

This is a unique and very charming little house which we can highly recommand. My boyfriend and I needed to relax, away from our hectic London life. "The little retreat" was exactly what we were looking for. Away from it all and yet so close. Just a little walk to St. Paul village and all other destinations in easy reach by car. There are so many great restaurants nearby and fresh vegie and fruit markets in every town. We also really enjoyed this big garden and it's amazing view as well as the outside barbecue area. It was all ever so romantic. I really hope we will be coming back soon. Many thanks.
