A great self catering holiday rental in a very beautiful setting. A truly Provencal stone house. This property has 2 units: main and guest house. The main villa: 'MAS d'ANTOINE' sleeps 4. The 'LITTLE RETREAT' sleeps 2. Its a very romantic property. Ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a unique place, a little set back and yet very close to famous St. Paul village and only 10min drive to the nearest beach. Also nice for friends sharing. We have many most wonderful medieval villages within 10 to 40min drive. These villages are famous for their goods: paintings, olive wood articles, glass wear, pottery, statues and clothing as well as great wines, all sorts of mustard, honeys, spices, many different types of cheeses, jams and lots more. Monaco is also only 40min drive away. Ad 10min and you are in Ventimiglia Italy. Colourful Nice and its open market is only 20min drive away and to get to Cannes will just about take 20min.

Villa 'MAS d'ANTOINE' is an absolutely beautiful house in an amazing setting with heavenly views. A 'must' to see. This villa has 2 bedrooms (double beds) with en suites and fans and A/C. It's guest house ' LITTLE RETREAT' has one bedroom (2 single beds convertible into 1 double) with en suite and A/C throughout. Both units are rented as one during high season from mid June to mid Septe. Total sleeping capacity: 6. Ideal for 1 family or friends sharing. The living room is spacious with open dining area and US kitchen. There is free wireless broadband Internet available and a TV in each bedroom (none in the living room). The garden in over 3 levels: terrace, orangery and pool on the very top. The pool can NOT be heated. Small children will need supervision in this garden. There is a wide secure garage at the property which you can use during your stay! A wide secure garage is avaiable to our clients.

Favored towns near by: Antibes and Juan les Pins (good night life). Best attractions for children: Marineland in Biot and the safari park in Frejus. St. Tropez is also only 1hrs drive away. Why not visit the Friday morning market of Ventimiglia in Italy. It's only 1hrs by car. All major towns and cities can be reached by the coastal train. Enjoy the view!!!

Notes: There is no TV in the living room. All TVs are in the bedrooms (no satellite!). So far we have no satellite, but we are considering getting it. Please ask. We do have internet in the main villa, but not in the guest house. We do have A/C in the guest house and main house. There is a cot and high chair available if needed. Smoking is only permitted outside. A secure and wide closed garage is available for our guests. The guest house 'LITTLE RETREAT' can be booked on its own from mid September to mid June.

Villa St. Anoine hat eine absolut atemberaubende Aussicht! Sie ist einzigartig! Die Daecher von St. Paul sind in greifender Naehe. Wir sind tatsaechlich stundenlang auf der Terasse gesessen und haben ganz einfach die Aussicht genossen. Diese Villa hat sehr grosszügige Raeume und eine tolle Lage. Auch einen wunderscheonen und sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir kommen wieder, garantiert! Mit freundlichen Grüssen, Familie Kranich aus Wuppertal, Deutschland.

Amazing breath taking views from every single room of this most beautiful provencal villa!!! We stayed at villa St. Antoine for 2 weeks with my wife, 2 kids and my in-laws. We had a marvelous time enjoying this spectacular view!!! We stayed in the main villa wherelse my in-laws had their own place at "the little retreat" on the other side of teh terrace. This way, privacy was guaranteed for both parties.
Famous St. Paul village is just 5min walk from villa St. Antoine. A great place to be with artist shops, excellent restaurants and famous people! We adored our stay and wish to come back soon! Thank you for your flexibility re our late arrival and for your very warm welcome. Marc and Jane + kids with in-laws Heather and Richard, from Sunningdale, UK
