The Villa is only a few minutes drive to the beach of Hout Bay, the harbour and village boasting with trendy restaurants and many shops. 20 minutes from Down Town Cape Town along the most beautiful drive.The spacious lounge has enormous sliding doors, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views, leading you onto the garden and pool. Homely open plan lounge / dining room with comfortable sofas, African art, funky coloured walls, DSTV and a library of interesting books to read. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with all modern appliances and a African / Moroccan tea corner. 3 spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor (main en-suite) and a loft room upstairs. The Villa has in total 3 bathrooms. Secure pretty drive way behind remote controlled gate with plenty of 'off street' parking.

The third bedroom has a double bed and all three bedrooms offer lovely mountain views. Upstairs is a cosy loft room with 2 single beds, and the most amazing views!
