Self catering rental on 1½ miles of white, soft sand

Self-catering, charming villa in romantic setting. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and with balconies. Large Spanish style main room leads to a big Terrace with BBQ and a tropical garden. This hidden gem is on Orient Beach which is voted the best beach in the Caribbean, and is ONLY 1 minute walk to the soft, snowy white sand and turquoise sea. The beach is over 1.5 km long and offers secluded area for relaxation as well as a wide range of water sports including great diving and windsurfing. Tennis courts are nearby. There are wonderful French restaurants on the beach. Massage available on beach. After a day relaxation, you can come back and enjoy the villa, sit on the balcony with a glass of wine. In the evening you can stroll leisurely to the village square (three minutes away) to savour the local life and fine French dining. A perfect winter and summer holiday rental and getaway.   • Rates quoted are in US $ and based on weekly rentals. The rates shown here do not include 4% government tax applied to each rental. These rates are subject to change at any time. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 30% of the gross rental price. A reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received. Final payment for villa rental period is due: 45 days prior to arrival from 14 April - 20 December, 90 days prior to arrival from 21 December - 4 January, 60 days prior to arrival from 5 January - 13 April. * Cancellation :a) outside 45 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 25% of the gross rental price. b) from 45 to 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the gross rental price. c) within 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the gross rental price. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.
  • We accept the following form of payments:
    Paypal , bank transfer, cheque
    All guests are required to give a major credit card as a security deposit.
    No charges will applied to the card unless there is damage to the villa or it's contents during the rental period.
    * The villa has a housekeeper, gardener and pool maintenance person.
    * The owner of the villa is not liable for any damages occurred with the services provided by any member of the villa staff.
    * The villa owner shall not be liable for any injury or damage to the renter or any person in their party while occupying the residence. The renter of the villa shall be responsible for all acts of their party or anyone invited into the villa during the rental contract period.

    Check out time for your villa rental period is 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Christmas in Paradise

Our family visted the villa over the Christmas holiday. It was exactly what we were looking for. This was a great place to stay and we would absolutely stay here again. We drove around the island exploring and came across many hotels. However, we made the right decision by renting this beautiful villa. It is very well maintained. The beach is a short walk away. All the amenities were great. The beds, the a/c, the kitchen, everything is exactly as the owners say it is. Its a nice home away from home. We were so thankful for this opportunity and for the villa. St. Martin is a gorgeous PARADISE!!!!

Extremely convenient to the beach

Property was very clean and nicely appointed. Owners were helpful and accessible. Comfy beds, good a/c and cooking facilities. Great backyard space with bbq and huge patio table, and very close to the beach (2 minute walk). Plenty of towels. Best beach on the island - clean sand, warm water. 5 minutes to grocery, 8 minutes to Grand Case. This is just a perfect location. We had a rental car, but if you did not want one, there is a market square 5 minutes down the beach with great pastry and bread and restaurants. Loved the European feeling of the area. We returned from St. Martin very relaxed and happy, thanks, in part to this wonderful property.

Spoil Youself!

The place is very spacious, in a great area, and perfect for a lazy vacaton. Though just my wife and I stayed at the Villa, we can see that it would be a good value for a family of four or six.

The Washing machine is a bonus, as it makes it easier to pack less for a vacation.

On our second trip staying at this Villa, we stayed for three weeks and did not want to leave and come home.

We recommed it highly for the independent traveler.

Excellent villa with a short walk to the beach

My wife and I together with a couple of friends stayed in this villa for 7 days. The villa is in a great location, and only a minute’s walk to the beach. The villa is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom leads onto its own terrace. The villa has all the necessary amenities and the kitchen is well equipped if you wish to create a meal which you can eat in the terrace downstairs. But the local restaurants are great and every morning my wife and I would walk to the local square via the beach to get fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast.

We loved sandy beach that is very long. The water is fantastic, clear and blue just like a post-card. The weather is great, hot but not too hot with a breeze to keep you cool. It’s really a great place to come to relax and to escape from the cold winter season. There are several restaurants at the back of the beach and they serve great French food and wines, super drinks etc.

We feel that renting the villa is infinitely better than being confined to a hotel room. For the price of a hotel room one could have a whole villa. We highly recommend this villa and plan to stay there on our next visit.

St. Martin condo, Orient Bay

This is a beautiful area. The condo was very nice. It was well appointed and very clean with close access to the beach. Remember, this is a clothing optional beach and you will see many people completely or partially nude.
