Located behind Isdabe beach, Hacienda del Sol is a newly built, secure, well-maintained community of low rise (3 floor) apartments, tastefully constructed in Moorish style. Each area of the community is set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens including lawns and mature palms. Each area has its own superb pool with plenty of loungers. Adjacent to each pool is a gated children's pool. There are also two 'paddle tennis' courts, a gym, sauna, ping-pong table and free WiFi. The large sandy beach, just 200 metres away, has the prestigious 'Blue Flag' status, and two beach bars with views of Gibraltar and north Africa. Adjacent to the beach is a nature reserve and small children's playground. This first-floor luxury apartment is fitted with marble floors throughout, satellite TV, two luxury bathrooms, air con, a well equipped kitchen, separate laundry area, and 15m2 SW-facing patio.

Hacienda del Sol is located near the attractive town of San Pedro de Alcántara, 70km from Málaga, midway between Marbella and Estepona. The immediate surroundings are very pleasant, particularly compared with the more built-up areas of the Costa del Sol towards Málaga. Hacienda del Sol is situated close to two exclusive resort hotels – the Marriot and Crowne Plaza – which means that the beach and immediate surroundings are very well maintained. Within 10 minutes walking distance are several local bars, restaurants, shops/supermarkets, and banks. There is a bus stop within 10 minutes walk, providing a bus service every 20 minutes to Puerto Banús and Marbella (going east) and Estepona (going west). A car is therefore not essential. The nearest major town is Estepona, an active fishing port, which has a charming old quarter with cobbled streets, independent shops, a long beach-side promenade, and a distinctly Spanish feel.

Notes: There is a well-equipped gym, two saunas (men and women), and a ping-pong table. Free WiFi is available inside and outside the gym area (2 minutes walk from the apartment) for use with your own laptop. There is a 15 m2 patio area (in addition to the 76 m2 internal space) which includes a table and four chairs for alfresco eating, and two reclining chairs. The patio faces south-west, creating a wonderful sun trap from mid-morning until sunset. There are also plenty of loungers located around the pools. Having trawled many websites and read copious reviews I finally plumped for this appartment and was not disappointed. The descripion given by the owners was very accurate but didnt convey just how relaxing and well kept the complex is.
The appartment itself was spotless and had every facility you could possibly need. Overlooked the lovely pool and gardens. Hired car and directions given were easy to follow and we were met on arrival by agent who was very welcoming and had supplied a bread milk and water to help us get settled in.
Owner was prompt in returning the refundable deposit and was easily contactable by email.
Would have no hesitation in recommending the appartment to anyone.

Complex is one of the best I've stayed in in this part of Spain. Apartment has great view over pool and gardens and terrace gets sun from mid-morning until late afternoon, which is great for eating outside and relaxing with a drink.

Interior of apartment was immaculate and of a very high standard. It has everything you need for a luxury break.

To top it off the level of service was second to none which meant I had a stress free holiday from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The apartment was fabulous,very clean and well equipped.
Location of apartment on complex was great.

Clean, modern and easily accessible apartment. Super pool with beach and restaurant less than 5 mins away. Although outside of Puerto Banus, taxis and buses are frequently available (taxi normally costs around 14 euros). Owner was extremly helpfully and we arrived at the apartment with the fridge stocked with essentials like bread, milk and water.Would definately recommend this apartment to all types of holidaymaker. A great complex and lovely apartment.
