There are five double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 ensuite), a large reception room leading through french doors onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden, a cinema room with 55 inch plasma screen with sky TV, wi-fi wireless internet connection, and a kitchen fully equipped with all the most modern of appliances. The garden area consists of the pool, poolhouse, and poolside terrace with dining facilities and barbeque. Villa Ithaques interior design is cool and contemporary with original parquet floors, and has been featured in the 2007 issue of Irish Interiors Magazine. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a beautiful seaside village between Eze and Cap Ferrat on the Cote d'Azur. 15 min from Monaco, 10min from Nice, and 20min from Nice airport.
