Situated in the pretty Chamonix village of Les Prax, the apartment overlooks the pretty old church and square in Les Praz and has one of the best views of Chamonix and Mont Blanc from the large south facing balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one large light and spaceous double bedroom with views of the mountain, and the second with triple bunkbeds (bottom double, top single). There is a luxury bathroom with a separate toilet. The living area has a fully fitted kitchen and log fire. The doors to the balcony open right out onto the 4m long balcony. The bus stop is just across the square. There are some really good restaurants and bars within a very short walk including La Cabane, Hotel Rhododedron, Alan Peru and Hotel Eden. We can organise & book golf tee times across the road at the club and arrange club hire if you required

Notes to the rental rates

• 30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.
  If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.
  In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure).
  We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you.
  Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.
  In addition we can also:
  - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport.
  - offer ski hire discount.
