Only 10 minutes walking to Las Ramblas and 15 minutes to Barcelona beaches. All the areas around are pedestrian so you also can enjoy a bicycle ride.

It will be a challenge to prepare all the fresh products that Mercat Santa Catalina has to offer, specially the fresh fish and shellfish. You will be able to sit by this magnificent original table for up to 8 guests (designed by the owner of the apartment) made with wine boxes, and watch TV. There is another additional flat TV in the living room. The apartment is provided with two independent boilers of 100l each so is perfect for big groups that want to shower at the same time, also has 2 Fujitsu air conditioning machines, one at the living room and another at the bedroom (with the 3 single beds). In this bedroom there is make up area to get beautiful with hairdryer and 3 special chairs.

This is a true find! Its such a stylish apartment, real luxury at great prices. 10 of us stayed here very comfortably in February 2009. The location is perfect with lovely local shops and restaurants a stones throw away. The winding streets of the Gothic Quarter is a few minutes away and its a leisurely, enjoyable 10 minute stroll to Las Ramblas. Perfect place!
