35 minutes from Split Airport & 70 minutes from Zadar Airport our self-catering Villa Bianca overlooks a beautiful bay & has a pleasant garden with fruit trees & flowers. The sea is 100 yards away. There are areas for parking and dining along with BBQ. Spacious accommodation on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, shower room with hand basin, WC & with a washing machine. There is also an additional sitting room/bedroom (2 person sofa-bed). On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms & a bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom, shower, vanity unit, wash basin and WC. Villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fans in all bedrooms. A pleasant 10 minute shore-line walk leads to the nearest supermarkets, bars, restaurants & Internet-access. An additional 5 minute walk takes you to the charming old fishing village with many restaurants. There is also a £xmillions Marina complex with swimming pool, night club & sports facilities if required

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms. If the optional bed/sitting room is required to be used as a bedroom then an extra £25 per week is required to cover additional washing/cleaning requirements
    10% deposit to secure rental + £50 returnable breakage deposit. Prices include: Rent of the villa, Electricity, gas and water, Weekly change of bed-linen and towels (not beach towels), Thorough cleaning before guest’s arrival
    If stays are for less than 5 days, then rates are increased by 25%. For June to September the minimum period of rent is 7 days and Saturday changeover.
    ** Tourist Taxes
    There is a mandatory requirement in Croatia for tourists to pay a daily tourist tax.
    This is approximately 60p per person/day in the high season for adults.
    (cheaper for children and for adults in the low season).
    We will arrange payment of this but it will be a small addition to the price of the villa.

Fantastic holiday! Lovely villa and beautiful surroundings.Rogoznica is a wonderful place to holiday.Villa lovely.We really loved the house and location.Area exceeded our expectations. Accommodation was excellent.Ideal for our large family needs.Far superior to others we stayed in Croatia.We had a great holiday in your lovely Villa.Everything we needed was supplied.We found the Villa excellent.We would like to book again in the future.Croatia is a beautiful country.Fantastic time was had by all.Will certainly be returning in the near future.The villa was just perfect.Had all the amenities and more.Rogoznica seemed to be very Croatian.Location is superb.Rogoznica is a beautiful village.Accommodation was perfect and spotless.
The pleasant stroll along the water's edge to the village added to a memorable holiday.Rogoznica has a good selection of restaurants.
