You will find this a great location to enjoy and explore Biarritz all year round. Our charming first-floor studio flat is in a period building in a central square. The flat sleeps 2-4 in a twin-bedded alcove and double sofa-bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen area, dining area and separate bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine. Leave the car at home or in the underground carpark in the Square. Biarritz airport (Ryanair) is a short bus-ride away. Everything you would want is within easy walking distance from the flat, including surfing and bathing beaches. Biarritz is a Basque town and the Basques love food. For self-catering there are excellent fish and food markets five minutes away and very good restaurants nearby. There are good road and rail connections to nearby Bayonne, the Pyrenees, attractive villages, countryside and towns in the Basque area and over the border to Spain. San Sebastian is an hour away, Bilbao and the Guggenheim a bit further.

Biarritz is situated on the Atlantic coast near Spain. It is close to Bayonne, an attractive and lively Basque town and an hour from San Sebastian in Spain. Bilbao and the Guggenheim are also a few hours away. The Pyrenees come down to the sea at Biarritz - the Basque countryside with its hills and villages is green and good for walking and sightseeing.
