This slope side ski in condo/town house is located close to the Elk chair, in the Fernie ski resort. This 4 storey house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one guest toilet, lounge fully fitted kitchen/dining room, garage/ski storage. The 6 man hot tub with superb mountain views is located on the wooden deck terrace with a BBQ off the kitchen. The master suite is on the top floor with jacuzzi bath, gas log fire, private terrace and dressing room, this also boasts views of the ski hill. The 3rd floor has one double bedroom and one further bedroom with four log bunks and bathroom. Separate laundry room is on this floor. The 2nd floor consists of a spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a sofa bed, gas log fire 2 terraces and guest toilet. On the ground floor is the main entrance hall, heated garage, ski / boot and bike storage

This slope side condo is well situated in the Fernie alpine resort which boasts some of the finest powder snow, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking in the world. The resort has a good selection of bars, restaurants ,ski and bike shops, supermarket etc. Fernie village is situated 5 minutes drive away facilities include numerous shops, restaurants, bars, ice rink, swimming pool, cinema etc. Fernie is a well established uncrowded resort only 3 and a half hours drive from Calgary. Or one hours drive from cranbrook.
