The villa accommodates up to 6 people in independent apartments (for smaller parties) and rooms. The luxury Villa is accessed by a secure gated entrance just a few minutes walk from the centre of Grimaud. It has been recently refurbished to a very high standatd and all principal rooms face south. At the entrance level there is a large secure car parking area. On this level there is a large independent apartment with lounge, plasma TV, CD/DVD and fireplace. Dining area with fully fitted semi open plan kitchen all with French doors that lead onto a large terrace with a stunning view. Very spacious bedroom with flat screen TV, air conditioning and safe; en-suite comprising large shower, bidet and WC. There is a further bathroom. Steps lead from the terrace to the ground level and The Pool Apartment with vanity unit, flat-screen TV and safe, fabulous wet-room with twin showers, foot shower and basin. Kitchenette & Separate WC. There is a further independent double bedroom with ensuite.

The Villa is situated in a private landscaped garden on the edge of the beautiful medieval village of Grimaud. It is a 5 minute walk to the village centre where there is a selection of high class shops and boutiques and an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes. There is a market on Thursday mornings for local produce. St. Tropez,with its bustling lifestyle, restaurants, nightclubs, and the ultimate shopping experience is approximately six miles. The village of Cogolin is two miles, where there are excellent general shops and a large supermarket. The nearest beach is one and a half miles. There are many beauty spots and attractions within easy reach including Pampelonne Beach, the Gorge du Verdon and many local vineyards where wine can be sampled and purchased.Helicopter transfers are available from Nice Airport landing at Grimaud Heliport (1km away) with free transfer to the villa. There is also a local airport for private aircraft at La Mole (10km).
