This private self-catered chalet is situated on the hillside in the village of Les Houches, with beautiful views and a very private location. Comfortably sleeping 4 people, this chalet is perfect for either a family or two couples with two good size bedrooms. The chalet has been lovingly renovated in 2006, with great attention to detail and benefits from its own private garden. It features a large living area with kitchen, and dining for 6 people. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one large double with a walk-in wardrobe, and the second with two single beds. There is also a luxurious bathroom with shower upstairs.

Nearest Airport: Geneva at 110 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Chamonix at 2 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Perched in the mountain side, the Chalet is 15 mins walk up the hill or 10 min walk down hill, directly above Les Houches village, which is situated about 10 minutes drive from Chamonix. A car is advised but not essential. In the summer, the Chamonix valley is famous for its mountain biking, walking, rock and ice climbing, as well as paragliding, golf and many other activities. Not to mention the children adventure play grounds the summer luge and beautiful walks too. Les Houches has its own ski area which is great for children and beginners, and with the Grand Montet, Brevent, Mont Blanc, Flegere and Le Tour just up the valley by car, the skiing potential in the area is endless.   • 30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.
    If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.
    In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure).
    We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you.
    Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.
