The train station is located in the town centre and regular trains run south to Cannes and beyond, and north to Antibes, Nice and Monaco. There is a bus service to and from the airport into the centre of Juan les Pins, departing from Terminal 1. Notes to the rental rates

Electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and cleaning at changeover are included in the rental. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to confirm the booking and the balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security damage deposit of 300 euros is payable upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure if no damages are incurred. Apartment check-in is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm and the earliest check-out is 8.00 am on changeover day. If check-in is between 8 - 9 pm, there will be an extra charge of 50 Euros payable upon arrival. There will be no check-in after 9 pm. If a client has a very early morning flight, arrangements will be made for return of the keys the night before departure.

Many cafe/bar restaurants are situated on the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins where, during the day, loungers and parasols may be hired. In the evening, the tables are set up for outdoor dining on the beach or decking of the restaurants where one can relax and watch the sun go down. Water sports equipment may be hired from some of these establishments or from some of the large hotels on the front. There are also public beaches nearby with their own facilities.
The old town of Antibes is a 20 minute walk with its labyrinth of narrow streets and many restaurants, cafes, shops and art galleries, the Picasso museum and Renoir’s home. Its large marina is home to some of the most stunning luxury yachts in the world.
There are many golf courses around the Cote d'Azur which are less than an hour's drive away. These are set within beautiful grounds and provide an ideal backdrop for a quiet lunch. Brief details of some of the courses can be found in the pack in the apartment.
