Lovely apartment in Son PARC, only 2 min drive to the beach. Villas with private pool situated in the private residential area of Son PARC. superb farm house restored to a high standard.
Details for the apartment in Minorca (Menorca), Spain
The apartment has a large terrace with furniture and a built-in BBQ. A large pool can be accessed by a small gated walkway to the side of the apartment. Coast/Beach An excellent (safe) beach is within a 10 min walk it is Red Cross post manned during summer. There are many beaches on the Island which are worth exploring by car, often off the beaten track. It is also a pleasant walk across the cliff to the resort of Arenal D'en Castell, with a beach and restaurants. Golf There is an 18-hole golf course on Son Parc the only one on the Island. It has an excellent clubhouse with bar and restaurant. The golf course complex also has a driving range and tennis courts for hire.

On the north coast Son Parc has a large white sandy beach, (In my opinion one of the best on the island) it’s ideal for children as its very shallow for the first 20-30 meters. Good parking near the beach, beach bar and water sports of all kinds. Just a 2 min drive or walk from your villa or apartment. Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The course is both challenging and picturesque. It is located just a few hundred metres from the award winning Son Parc beach on the north coast of Menorca. We are taking great care that we develop the course sympathetically with the environment by leaving natural features such as rocks and planting with native flora. The course was originally 9 holes and was extended to 14 in 2003. Work on the last 4 holes to complete the 18 began in January 2005 and play on the full 18 hole course is now open.
