The country house is the result of a careful and respectful restoration of a typical farmhouse of early XX century. outside the garden, the threshing-floor and the olive trees maintain the original characteristics, the 5 apartments (we describe the largest apartment) have all the modern comfort which will make your stay completely relaxing both for your body and your spirit. the villa is around 30kms far from the sea and 40km from the mountains. It is located in a territory rich of medieval villages, of good wines and traditional gastronomy, along with numerous works of art and important holy place, it is very suitable for beautiful summer holiday.

an apartment of our country house is really bright with the view on the valley. it is furnished kitchen corner and all the comforts and all the necessary equipments, bathroom with shower, independent entrance, two bedrooms. All the rooms are warm and refined:the result of a cured style....

The country house is in the countryside, a hilly area, half way between sea and mountain, area rich in medieval villages, and to places such as the natural Caves of Frasassi, the National Park of Monti Sibillini. The sea is beautiful, particular is the Conero Riviera, in nearby towns there are shops of famous signatures of shoes and clothes. quiet place, ideal to rest but also to make beautiful tours and shopping. The house is also close to a famous place of worship: Loreto, and in MACERATA where there is an opera season in an ancient theater very evocative. GPS= N 43,36442 E 13,38352

A wonderful stay

We (a couple with a 3 year old girl) stayed one week in this wonderful country house. It is clean and fresh and the surroundings are wonderful. There is so much to see around, the small villages, the coast and nice restaurants.
Silvia and Silvia took really good care of us and helped us with broschures and tips of what to see and do. The place is very relaxing and calm.

This summer we (Man46,Woman42,doughters14,11)and dog)had a lovely 3 weeks stay in this wonderfull countryhouse near to Appignano/Macerata.Only 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast you find the original Italian life: Perfect hospitality, nice and good restaurants in the neighbourhood and many small villages with their own character and festivals. The nature is wonderfull : It's the right mix between Toscana and Umbria. When you are looking for a place where you can taste "real Italian life"and that offers you the possibility to make (many) different and exciting trips in less than 2 hours from the countryhouse you have found it now .

Perfect Place to Explore Le Marche

We, family with two kids (11 and 9yrs) and dog enjoyed two weeks in the calm place in the midst of the Marche- hills. House and appt in perfect order, very friendly support by owners. Certainly off- the-beaten track, but close to lovely villages/towns Appignago and Teira with stores and restaurants. 30 minutes to Adriatic beaches (which were a bit disappointing, though), and ideal starting point to discover plenty of historic places and terrific Sibillinic Mountains. Perfect place to relax and explore the more unknown sites of a beautiful part of Italy. Thank you, Silvia !

Super Urlaubswoche in Appignano

Das Fereinhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und sehr freundlich! Ruhe pur! Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, zum Strand sind es ca. 30 km, aber super gut und schnell zu erreichen. Am ruhigen Pool ist es aber besser auszuhalten, weil unser kleiner Hund einen super Auslauf hat und am Meer keine Hunde erlaubt sind.
Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub! Die Landschaft und die Ausflugsziele sind shr schön!
Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ciao
