Beautiful Apartment on the Cabo Roig 'Strip' in the heart of Cabo Roig. Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen. Situated in the exclusive Cabo Roig with its beautiful marina and number of blue flag beaches only a 2min walk away. Cabo Roig 'Strip' offers over 50 bars and restaurants all within a minutes walk. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15mns drive away and every evening you will find small market stalls along the front. A water park and go-kart track are a short drive. There are 3 local superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex and these are within a short drive. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses. An Apartment in a luxury Hotel Complex. We can also arrange transport to and from the airport. There is also a Bar / Restaurant on site so no long walks for breakfast

Cabo Roig is in the perfect location only 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 30 minutes from Alicantia but not on the flight path so a beautiful quiet location with the marina and a number of blue flag beaches all in walking distance. The Cabo Roig 'Strip' offers over 50 bars, coffee shops and restaurants so you don't need a car. There is also a number of 24 hour shops for those who can't sleep. Torrevieja is a 15min drive away for the larger stores and designer shops with lots of attraction such as ten pin bowling, water park, a sea front fair with lots of street performers on the sea front There is a regular bus services to Torrevieja and beyond So this is a perfect location for families or that romantic week away and if you play golf this is paradise For more info please phone Richard on 077 111 498 17 There is now a new Restaurant and Bar in the apartment block so no need to leave the building to eat

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our prices are based on 4 people occupation (or less), for any additional person we charge £25 per week. (Large sofa bed in living room) A deposit of £100 is payable at reservation time. And upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 200 Euros is required and paid to reception the money to be returned to you when you leave upon inspection of the property. There is a ONE ONLY charge of 50 Euros for cleaners and laundry payable on Arrival. Please note that all other charges are included in price, including air conditioning, linen and towels etc.

Just came back from Cabo Roig and must say it was fantastic. The apartment is lovely, clean, very well equipped with everything you may need, actually more than I expected. Nice and helpfull staff ( regards for Lawrence), beautiful location, 10 minutes walk to the beach and even less to all the bars and restaurants. The only drawback for people who like to go out and dance- the nearest clubs in Torrevieja, 10 min drive from there though.

My husband and i have just returned from a weekend break. The aparthotel is in an ideal location right on the strip and a few minutes walk from the sea. The apartment and the hotel are very clean. The equipment in the apartment is very good. There is also an underground carpark which is a good bonus. All in all ideal....

We stayed in this apartment back in July 2008. The staff were great, very friendly. The complex was very clean and only a short walk from the beach and right on the doorstep for the main strip of bars and restaurants.

I would definately go recommend and hope to go again!
