This two-bedroomed luxury apartment in Puerto Duquesa overlooks the picturesque marina and has superb views across the mountains and Mediterranean to Estepona and Marbella. The colourful, palm fringed marina is edged with a range of bistros, restaurants and shops. There is immediate access to a shared pool and good local beach. The apartment is within easy reach of two local golf courses and the more prestigious courses of Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque and many others are only half an hour away.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is situated on the marina front itself. Puerto de Duquesa lies on the edge of some of the most splendid mountain scenery and National Parks in Andalucia. The Costa del Sol generally is famous for its coastal resorts and golf courses all of which are easily accessible from Puerto de Duquesa. Marine activities available locally include swimming, sailing, windsurfing sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and relaxing on the beach. All amenities are available locally including bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, beauty salons, fitness centre, pharmacies and clinic, most of which are bi-lingual. The historic towns of Seville and Ronda and the delightful mountain White Villages are readily accessible. For shopping and/or nightlife, Gibraltar and the nearby towns of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella can be reached within half an hour.

Notes: A separate kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, f/f, microwave, d/w and iron. A door leads into a small utility room with w/m, ironing board and airing facilities. It has a comfortable lounge/dining room with two sofas, coffee table, Sky/Digital TV with DVD player, and glass dining table with chairs. Sliding doors lead onto a large terrace with table and chairs with wonderful marina and sea views. This apartment has private and secure underground parking. The apartment block itself is well maintained with the main entrance onto the marina itself. The upper pool is accessed from floor three while the main pool with garden area is accessed through the garage and has a gate opening directly onto the beach. Sunbeds are available in the pool area. Sorry - no pets allowed other than guide dogs. All linen/bedding is provided except beach towels and all energy costs are included. Suitable for all ages and has both stairs and lifts with a ramp to the main entrance.

Everything was as described, Absolute cleanliness. Location great. We already knew the location so we knew our favourite restaurants. If you like italian food don't miss Parapiros the other italians are not bad either. We also like Slow boat to china. Beach is literally there and plenty of beach restaurants (chiringuitos) to eat fresh fish and typical food.Especially recommend 'Andres and Maria'.Pool was good .I would recommend my friends to stay here. You can relax by day and party by night if thats what you wish, or just take it easy. For us it was just what we wanted a relaxing getaway.
