Luxury apartment, Nice, fantastic location

Our recently refurbished, light, airy, spacious one bedroom apartment looks directly on to the port of Nice. It is located in a beautiful, old, well-kept building. It is furnished to a very high standard with sofa, footstool, dining table and chairs, and bar stools overlooking the kitchen area. The kitchen itself has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full oven, grill and hob. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, cabinets and lots of wardrobe space, it also overlooks the port - great views with your morning coffee! The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned which is a real bonus in those hot summer months. The property is ideally located to explore Nice and the surrounding areas as it is close to all transport links. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walk. We provide bed linen, towels, 'welcome pack' and a representative in France to meet and greet you on arrival and to answer any questions whilst you are there. Please note - no smoking or pets.

Our apartment is in a fantastic location with great views on to the Port of Nice from all the windows. This is a great place to watch the world go by and see how the other half live on their palatial boats. It is located on the first floor (no lift) of a lovely, old building which is in great condition. It is very central - just a quick walk to all of the main attractions of Nice - Old Town, the main shopping area and the beach. Close to the apartment are bars, restaurants and shops. Just over the road are regular ferries to Corsica and Sardinia, along with cruises along the coast. The main bus station is about a 10 minute walk away, from here you can get to places such as Monaco, St Paul De Vence, Cannes, St Tropez, Grasse. Buses tend to be reliable and cheap. The train station is around 30min walk - or you can get a bus from the station. There is a taxi rank less than five minutes away. Nice airport is around 10km away - served by taxis and a very regular bus service.

We have a Bose CD/Radio/Alarm with a selection of CD's. There is also an adaptor that is compatible with Apple ipods and most other MP3 players. There is a personal DVD player with a selection of DVD's. We have provided everything that you need for the beach or a picnic - mats, towels, plastic crockery and glasses, parasole, cool bag and ice blocks. Also in the apartment there is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is really well equipped with a good selection of quality utensils, crockery, glasses, baking tins and ovenproof dishes. There are mats and napkins for the dining table. The air conditioning is new and effective and can heat or cool the apartment. There are guide books and maps for you to use during your stay. We provide all towels, bed linen and bath robes.

Our Apartment

Our apartment isn't the cheapest to rent but we would like to think that it is one of the nicest! It is really aimed at couples looking for a intimate, romantic holiday away from everything. You get everything you would get in a luxury hotel room for a fraction of the price with more space and freedom - no need to get out of bed for the maid, make a coffee when you want one, cook a lovely meal. We regularly use the apartment ourselves, therefore it is equipped as a second home not a rental apartment with things like a Bose CD player, Wedgewood and Le Creuset crockery, quality towels and linen.

Making The Most Of Your Stay

We want you to have a fantastic time in Nice and come home loving it as much as we do. We are more than happy to spend time talking/e-mailing before you go so that you get the most out of your stay. We have visited Nice and the surrounding areas many times so we can recommend fantastic restaurants, shops, bars and place to go. In addition we do have a representative in France who will meet you when you first arrive, let you have the keys and show you around the apartment so that you know where everything is. He will be on hand throughout your stay if you have any problems with the apartment, get lost, lose the keys or just need general help on where to go and what to see.
