A beautiful new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony overlooking mature gardens, the apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need! No car is necessary as everything is on the doorstep. Many restaurants and bars (Spanish, Irish, English Pubs, Cafes, Fast Food places and Shops) are all within a couple of minutes walk! It has an American style kitchen leading into the lounge containing English TV and a DVD player. Hot and Cold Air Conditioning is located throughout the apartment. Both the lounge and master bedroom lead onto the balcony. The sandy beaches of Cabo Roig are less than a ten minute walk away and the beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Playa Flamenca are within a five minute drive from the apartment. The complex has secure gardens and communal pool which are gated at the entrance. There is also a separate children's play area. A coastal promenade nearby leads down to rocky coves. There are also 3 championship golf courses nearby.

The apartment is situated near Cabo Roig, around 8km south of Torrevieja. In recent years Cabo Roig has become one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Costa Blanca, and it is easy to see why! You will find all you need for a perfect holiday right on your doorstep. Excellent weather, there are on average of more than 320 sunny days each year, beautiful sandy beaches, lovely scenery, 3 championship golf courses, shops, restaurants & a buzzing night life. The apartment is situated only 2 minutes walk from Cabo Roig Strip which has an excellent choice of International restaurants. The cities of Murcia and Alicante are easily accessible with plenty to do & see. An ideal holiday destination for all. Torrevieja with its multi cultural atmosphere is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a street market every day in the nearby areas.

We all had an amazing time in this great apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is close to bars/restaurants and many a lovely beach. The weather was glorious all week and we didnt want to come home. We would have no hesitation in booking again!!
