A relaxing Florida holiday in gracious home. The Coconut Palm Beach House is located on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach along Florida's central west gulf coast. Visitors come to enjoy stunning beach sunsets and the warm, gentle waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Clearwater Beach is consistently voted one of the top beaches in the United States. This home's backyard pool is heated during cooler months. We are a four minute walk to the white sands, tucked up in a quiet neighborhood and quiet stretch of beach. We are one mile from the beach's restaurants and shops. It offers four bedrooms which provides sleeping arrangements for up to ten people. if necessary the home can sleep twelve. The Coconut Palm has equipped eat in kitchen, diningroom, and livingroom with flat screen television and cable. Also provided: wireless internet access and phone with domestic long distance service.

Each night at sunset, artisans and crafts people gather along this Pier to entertain tourists and locals alike. Vist nearby cities, such as Tampa and Saint Petersburg. Take in a meal of Florida's famed grouper or stone crabs when in season May through November. And of course, try the Florida favorite dessert, Key Lime Pie. Busch Gardens is located less than an hour away in Tampa. The theme parks of Orlando are less than two hours away.

    Saturday weekly bookings preferred during March through August. Saturday check ins or check outs offered.

    $400.00 USD minimum deposit to secure dates. Please be sure of your dates, this deposit is non-refundable.

Your Clearwater Beach Visit: Clearwater Beach is part of Florida's West Gulf Coast. We are less than two hours from Orlando and five hours from Miami. It is part of a chain of barrier islands along the coast near Clearwater, St Petersburg, and Tampa. Guests come to enjoy the family oriented atmosphere and its relaxed style. This home is often used as the 'break' from a jam packed visit to Orlando: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the other theme parks. Tampa's Busch Gardens at 45 minutes away and Tampa International Airport as well as St Pete/Clearwater Airport, both 40 minutes by car. Near the home, enjoy a nightly festival along Clearwater Beach's Pier 60, take a boat ride in our clear waters, or visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Again, guests enjoy stunning sunsets on the beach, can see bottlenose dolphins along the shore, take in pelicans or egrets soar in the sky, and get their fill of Florida seafood from grouper to stone crabs in season from Nov - May.
