Main bedroom with en-suite and two single beds, the living room and main bedroom have patio doors to the south facing balcony giving you a beautiful sun bathing area and offering views of the natural salt lake. With a community pool and social/leisure area within the complex and a short walk from the beach and beach bars, the inside recreation area has been designed to the highest luxury standard, it has a social club and a gymnasium, changing rooms and sauna. The apartment is a 5min drive to the marina with its tapas bars, resturants, shops, bank, supermarket etc. Underground parking and lifts to the apartment are also there for your convenience.

The nearest large town-Roquetas de Mar is only 15min along the coast, offering large shopping complexes and also very large attractive beaches with many bars and restaurants as well as an excellent water park. The backdrop to Almerimar is the Sierra Nevada mountain range where after a 2hour drive you could be skiing down the slopes. There is also the location where the old spaghetti westerns were filmed, where there are cowboy themed parks, making a fun day out for adults and kids alike. This is an area of outstanding beauty with stunning scenery which will provide you with lots of options for days out especially if you have a car so you can enjoy at your leisure.
