Photos and Description of this Los Cristianos holiday apartment Minimum of 6 month let for only £400 per month!!

This is a beautiful privately owned apartment in the Port Royale complex, one of the finest complexes in Los Cristianos, Teneriffe, where the weather is warm all year round. Although the apartment is in an elevated position, one level up from the pool - its access is easily negotiated from the street. It has the benefit of a lovely balcony with table, chairs sun lounger and umbrella which guarantees when the sun is shining you can enjoy it! Features of the apartment include a high standard of furnishings with satellite TV (English channels), microwave, ceiling fan in living room, fully fitted kitchen with 2 ring electric hob. Extra fan in living room area. The apt is located on 1st floor just past the heated outdoor pool. The complex is very quiet at night so would appeal to mature person or couple. Security staff during the night is there for your peace of mind and safety during the night. We would like to rent our place for minimum of 6 months at a time.

Los Cristianos is located in the southern coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. Once a fishing village it still retains its charm and is a delightful place to stay. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants & bars along the promenade and in the town itself. In the heart of the town there are many excellent shops & a picturesque town square which hosts many Spanish traditions. The lively town of Las Americas is only a short & inexpensive taxi ride away or walkable my the more energetic. There are 2 waterparks in the area along with various animal parks/zoos which may suit the young at heart. Regular ferries take you t islands of La Gomera, El Hierro, & La Palma or you could take one of the many excursions eg. see the Volcano Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, plus many boat trips from the harbour to watch whales & dolphins. Golf course nearby, as well as other sports such as tennis, water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, paragliding, fishing and diving.

    To secure this long term tenancy the 1st and last months rent will need to be paid prior to securing the tenancy. One month's notice is required and if the place is rented and there is no vacant period, then the last month's rent will be returned. Serious enquiries only please. Price includes linen & towels only. Beach towels NOT provided.

Near golf course, diving, water skiing: Apt is close drive to golf course, sailing, diving, fishing, paragliding, swimming, tennis, wind surfing. Across the street at the Hollywood Mirage - there is plenty of nightly entertainment and is open to non residents. Provides evening entertaining, nightclubs, indoor sports centre, ten pin bowling - 2 lanes, and games area. They also serve good food on attractive patio and have bar area to sit by the fountain. Close to Port Royale, there are many excellent restaurants. Easy walk downhill to beach and centre of Los Cristianos or take a lovely stroll along beautiful coast to Playa de Las Americas.

'I'd like to say a huge thank you - we had a brilliant time for the 4 weeks we staying in your apartment. We chilled out every day on the balcony where we enjoyed a relaxed breakfast. Your apartment gave us all the comforts of a home away from home which went a long way towards us having a fab time. We would definitely recommend this place to all our family and friends. (Mr. N.L.)

Feb 2008 will always stay with me as a delightful break in the cleanest apt I have ever used. Well equipped, comfortable, beautiful complex - worth the climb up the hill, sunshine, flowers, and well organised too. A happy sunny rest - just what I needed. We have already booked for next year knowing that the keys will be with us in good time and that we will be comfortable and happy next time too. Thanks Tina. Regards Soosan

I stayed in this one bedroom apartment early February 2008. The weather was fantastic everyday. Temperatures averaged 26-30 degrees during day and about 17-20 degrees on a night. A thin jumper was more than adequate for the evenings out. The complex is very clean, fairly quiet and has bars and restaurants close by. There were a couple of English bars close by, with very friendly service. The apartment was lovely. It has all the equipment you'll need, with plenty of room for your luggage, and communication with the owners was spot on. The balcony catches the last few hours of sun on an evening, which pours into the living room.There's internet within the reception office, and plenty of taxi's around. Taxi from airport was approx €20 and taxi from the beach is approx €5-7. I'd recommend anyone to book a trip to Loro Parque to see the whales and dolphins. It's about €35, but well worth it. Overall, the apartment and complex were great. I'd definitely stay here again.
