Contemporary, cool Tegueste Villa is a minimalist haunt for all those seeking a stylish break without the hefty price tag. Sitting in good company, alongside many of Tenerife’s top hotels, Tegueste is only a 5 minutes away from the upmarket Playa de Fanabe and Playa Del Duque; less than 5 minutes walk to two sandy beaches and Puerto Colon Marina with its stylish yachts and pavement cafes. Completely refurbished throughout in September 2008, this villa is a feast of modern contemporary style. Dazzling whitewash walls contrast superbly with black and white funky furniture with a Baroque theme throughout. All rooms are similar in design and size, with the master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom, along with a balcony with views over the pool area. There is a spacious split-level living area with flat screen TV on the ground floor, along with a fully fitted kitchen, with modern appliances. A second double bedroom with fitted robes has its own shower room.

Tegueste Villas are located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Southern Tenerife and close to the up market and chic Playa de Fanabe and El Duque areas. The famous Torviscas beach and Puerto Colon marina with its fabulous yachts and sports boats, is a stones throw away. Tegueste is an excellent choice for families and those wanting to be close to the beach and main resort. It's easy to see why it remains a top destination for British holiday makers. The complex has a large central swimming pool with beautiful landscaped gardens, set in a quiet private area, which makes it an ideal safe location for those with young children. Restaurants/bars are a mere stone's throw away. The complex is set in a unique location and has only has a handful of properties. This is great for those wanting relaxation in the day and sophisticated nightlife can be sought down the newly laid palm tree lined streets. The brand new waterpark, Sian Park is only a 10 minute journey away.

    10 night bookings are available.
  • A deposit will be required upon booking which is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance is due not less than six weeks before travel. If departure is within 6 weeks, full amount is payable at time of booking.
    Payment via BACS transfer. Bankers Draft only are accepted via prior arrangement. All BACS payments from outside of the UK will have £24 added to the balance to cover transfer fees.
  • Christmas and New Year weeks must be taken together. Rates fixed as above.
    1 Week bookings are not available for this period.
    All bookings will have a £25 booking fee added for any bookings taken after September 2008. Bankers Draft is suspended.

bit surprised it was over 3 floors and basement bedroom had no window but an extra shower room! Lots of stairs not suitable for young children, pool lovely clean and quiet wish we'd gone for 2 weeks we enjoyed the house it had everything and great location for all types of restaurants and you can still get a beer for a euro! Go watch Soundchaser good band worth the more expensive drinks for night, thanks to everyone.

Spacious

We stayed in this villa in March 2009 and we found it very spacious. The location was really good and the facilities inside the villa were adequate. The only downfall was the comfort or lack of. The sofas in the lounge were hard and had no cushions, there was no coffee table to put drinks on and the TV was not very good ( sound was awful). The outside space was fairly well equipped with 6 sunloungers but only two cushions and the barbeque needed a good clean. Being disabled I do value my comfortable seating and a few padded seat cushions would have made all the difference. Having said all this we did have a great holiday even though the weather was a bit iffy!!.

Ideal Villa - A Great Holiday

Our family of four (parents 65yrs+, and my wife and I, 30yrs) hired this for two weeks. Location was the best bit - harbour, shops, beach all within short working distance. Plentiful selection of places to eat and drink nearby, within 5 mins walk. Taxi rank oppposite - most useful, and always taxis available. Premises were very clean and very well equiped (Sky sports 1 & 2, Setanta, Eurosport and Arabice Showsprots for saturday PM football! - women not happy, as you can imagine! ) Terrace and Balcony both get the sun from an early hour and service staff were really helpful. Good sized, seperate, kitchen with a plethora of utensils. Beds were comfy and linen changed weekly. Towels changes every three days. Quiet at night, but not too far out of the action if that's what you want.
ONLY DRAWBACK - There needed to be a little Spanish man on the terrace to bring me a cool beer, or fan me with a big palm tree leaf. This was most disappointing. Please arrange for his presence next time!
Seriously, book it. You wont be disappointed!

Just came back from a weeks holiday staying at this villa. The villa was fantastic, location and all ammenities are all on your doorstep. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa. Would recomend this property to anybody. Tracey & Gary

Absolutely perfect villa

I would totally recommend this villa to both families and couples. It is clean, spacious, modern and in an ideal location. Its close to all amenities; bars, restaurants, shops, taxis, and of course the beach. There is also a large water park just a short walk away. Although it is near everything you need, its also lovely and quiet with beautiful surroundings. I will certainly be returning at some stage in the near future.
